Best view in Puerto Rico

Our one bedroom one bath apartment is located on the seventh floor of the Racquet Club Condominium facing the Isla Verde Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The bedroom has a king size bed, and the living room has a futon that converts to a full-size bed. The apartment has all the amenities of home including a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker as well a free washer and dryer. The apartment is fully air conditioned. There is security 24/7 and free garage parking for one vehicle. Linens and towels are provided along with a limited number of beach chairs. Additional beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented on the beach. The condo has a large pool that can be used for swimming laps or just cooling off after a day at the beach.
Fast food and upscale restaurants as well as hotels and casinos are within walking distance. The nightly rate does not include a one time $80 cleaning fee and a $20 laundry fee.

The hosts were awesome. Didnt have any problems. Location was very convenient and welcoming. Close to plenty on food options. Would stay agian in heartbeat.

The apartment was left relatively clean. There was an issue of lost keys which we have already replaced. Otherwise, we would certainly rent to these people again.

Awesome location on Isla Verde! Includes a parking spot. Great AC, hot remodeled shower and washer and dryer in unit! Very safe with 24 hour security. Beach access door with shower by the pool. Would stay here again!!

Great location. Fantastic view. Beach access was great. Quick response from owners. Condo had everything you need for your stay including designated parking and security 24/7. Stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Great location

The building could use some updating. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for a family stay. The location was great. I was a bit disappointed that this did not have a balcony but being steps from the beach was convenient and stores and restaurants were walkable.

The location and security of the condo were excellent. Being so close to the beach made the stay even more enjoyable. While other places nearby experienced power or water issues, we didn’t encounter any problems during our stay, which was a big plus.That said, the condo could benefit from some updates and a more thorough deep cleaning. The washer was making unusual noises, and both bathroom faucets were loose. The toilet also leaked from the base occasionally, and we had to clean up water at least 2–3 times per day. We notified the host, but unfortunately the person who was supposed to come check the issue never showed up, even after more than 7 days.

We are glad that Taylor and his wife decided to celebrate their one year anniversary at our apartment at the Racquet Club Condominium. They went out of their way to leave the apartment in as good a shape as they found it. We would be more than happy to rent to Taylor and his family again.

Our apartment is practically on the Isla Verde beach and the views from each window is the beach itself and the Atlantic Ocean. Although the apartment is fully air conditioned, a cool ocean breeze blows through the apartment almost all the time so A/C is rarely needed.

The location of the Racquet Club and the comfort of our apartment, make this listing unique. Take 20 steps from our property and your feet are in the sand. Hotels and fine restaurants as well as fast food restaurants are within walking distance. If you want to make you own meals, our kitchen is fully equipped. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment, 24/7 security and free parking for one vehicle.
