The Space:

Our apartment is incredibly convenient, just a minute short walk to fantastic local restaurants, lively beach bars, pharmacies, and mini-marts. Inside, this 496 sq. ft. condo is designed for your comfort and relaxation.



Our property features & amenities:



● Master Bedroom: Queen-sized bed.



● Living Room: Full sofa bed, Smart TV with Netflix, and access to a balcony.



● Open-Concept Kitchen: Fully equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and cooking utensils.



● Climate Control: Refreshing air conditioning.



● Connectivity: Fast Wi-Fi.



● Laundry Access: Washer and dryer available for guests inside the building.



● Starter Toiletries: We provide essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to get you started (we encourage you to bring your own for any extra needs during your stay).



Guest Access:

We pride ourselves on the high security standards of our fully gated condo complex, making it one of the safest and most desirable places to stay in the area.

● Parking: One (1) dedicated parking space is included.



● Accessibility: The unit is located on the 5th floor, with elevator access available.



Nearby Adventures: If you love water sports, this is definitely the place to stay! You will find many spots within walking distance that offer jet-ski rentals, parasailing, stand-up paddleboarding, and surfing lessons.



Other Things to Note:

Security Deposit Policy: To ensure the property remains in top condition, a $200 refundable deposit is required. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following:



* Payment: A team member will contact you to arrange payment 5 days prior to your arrival. This is mandatory for check-in; instructions will not be released until it is settled.



* Refund Process: Our team requires time to conduct a thorough inspection and finalize maintenance reports after your check out, which is why we disclose a 7 to 14 business day window for refunds.



* Finalization: We will contact you once the refund is processed. The full amount will be returned provided there are no damages or rule violations. In the event of any incidentals, you will receive a detailed summary of deductions. Thank you for your cooperation.

We consider an item damaged if it falls into any of the following categories:



Furniture & Fixtures: Any broken, missing, or structural damage to furniture wit hin the apartment.

Linens & Textiles: Any permanent stains, tears, or damage to towels, bedding, or other household linens.



🐾 PET POLICY: Our property is strictly pet-free due to guest allergy protocols. We only welcome certified Service Animals. Guests traveling with a Service Animal must provide official documentation prior to check-in. Standard pets or emotional support animals are not permitted.



Our support team is available until 11:00 PM. While you can still check in after this time, please be aware that we will have limited staff available to assist you until the following morning.
