Beach Front Condominium idéalement situé au coeur de la plage d'Isla Verde et au centre de la ville.

L'appartement est situé au 16ème étage de la tour Ouest offrant une vue imprenable spectaculaire sur l'océan Atlantique. Emplacement privilégié, contrairement à la tour Est, nous n'avons aucun bruit provenant des fêtes au toit du Water Club juste en face de la tour Est.

Chambre avec vue sur l'océan avec lit queen, serviettes, draps, tiroirs, serviettes de plage, chaises de plage, glacière, planche à repasser / fer à repasser, grand placard avec beaucoup de cintres, etc.

Salle de bain moderne avec grande pression de douche, sèche-cheveux, articles de toilette, produits de nettoyage et de blanchisserie

Salon: futon confortable qui se transforme en lit double, TV, radio / DVD, WIFI, une brise océanique incroyable et vue sur l'océan!

Central AC- Récemment réparé en juillet 2019, en plus des ventilateurs de plafond dans le salon et la chambre - brise marine fantastique et bruit des vagues.

Cuisine et salle à manger: Cuisine entièrement équipée et sièges de salle à manger pour 4 personnes.

Balcon: Le meilleur endroit de la maison! Tout comme vous le voyez sur l'image principale. Romantique et magique où vous passerez la plupart de votre temps à vous détendre et à regarder les gens sur la plage. Jumelles fournies!

Le bâtiment a un accès direct à la plage, à la piscine, à l'espace barbecue, à l'aire de jeux, au terrain de basket, au court de tennis, à la buanderie et au jardin.

Près de casinos, restaurants, supermarchés, dépanneurs, locations de voitures, sports nautiques et une vie nocturne animée pour tous les âges. Everything was exactly as pictured, and the easy access to the beach was wonderful. Some of the best panaderías are within walking distance, along with great restaurants and nearby pharmacies, which made the location incredibly convenient.Due to the Caribbean airspace being temporarily shut down, we needed to extend our stay, and Millie made the process seamless and stress-free. I also accidentally took the spare key, and the host Sonia was very understanding of the simple mistake—I mailed it back immediately.Overall, a great stay with excellent communication. We would absolutely stay here again. Book ASAP!

The condo was excellent, it was clean and comfortable. All the basics (paper towels, toilet paper, soap) were provided so we didn’t have to run out immediately. The view is amazing. We rented a car so having an available spot to park was incredible. Everything you need is within walking distance but we ventured out to a couple beaches and San Juan a few times. The more “high end” restaurants are more towards the hotels. The pool was clean, the property well maintained.

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful VRBO rental. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We loved waking up to the breathtaking views of the beach. It was super convenient to walk out of the building and enjoy the beach at your footsteps. We took advantage of using the beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels provided by the condo. We also appreciated the building had a pool. We always felt safe in the neighborhood. We rented a car for the week, and the parking in the building was very convenient. We also appreciated that we were a quick drive or Lyft ride to Old San Juan, Piñones, Rio Piedras, etc. Sonia is great at checking in and communicating before your arrival and during your stay. Highly recommend booking this condo.

Amazing place!

Hosts were always quick to answer any questions and the place was well stocked. Even with a 36 hr power outage there was everything we needed to continue our vacation! Felt very safe with all the extra security. I would highly recommend! We had a great vacation! Would definitely stay here again!
