#StayinMyDistrict East End Spud Nest. This 1 bed/1 bath above garage, guest apartment is bright and comfortable, just off Warm Springs Ave and Downtown Boise. Less than 1 mile to St Lukes Hospital, shopping, dining & entertainment. Comfortable living area with pull out sofa sleeper & workspace, Queen bed, Full Kitchen, FREE street parking, W/D, Dog friendly w/ additional fee.
Enjoy our cozy East End SpudNest. Private guest house loft, nestled in the hustle and bustle of the East End. Walk, bike or take an UBER to Downtown Boise. Miles of hiking, running or Mtn Biking trails a half mile from your door. Bring your bikes. (Bike hooks available in the locked entryway!) Relax in this modern 1 bed/1 bath loft apartment above the garage. Private and cozy, the apartment even boasts geothermally heated floors!
Full kitchen allows for ease when cooking from home. Featuring a refrigerator, full stove, dishwasher, microwave, & coffee pot. Utensils, glassware and dishes are included to make preparing a meal or enjoying leftovers simple and convenient. Complete with barstools at the kitchen counter, with seating for up to (4).
Open living area with a comfortable sectional couch that pulls out to a full bed. ROKU Smart TV for catching up on your favorite movies, or read a book while snuggling up on the sofa. The sofa bed can sleep up to 2 additional guests, and full bedding and linens are provided!
The bedroom features a comfy QUEEN bed, comfortable pillows with clean & crisp linens and a high-quality mattress for a great nightâs sleep! A smart TV and a sitting chair create a warm and cozy space. There are storage drawers in the bedframe, and closet with plenty of space for your personal items. Nightstands and bedside lighting make for a nice evening reading in bed!
There is a pack & play available for guest use at the property.

Ensuite bathroom with bathtub/shower combo. Modern amenities with the single sink vanity with plenty of storage and space for guest items. Essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and paper products are provided for your convenience. A hair dryer and quality linens & towels complete the necessities!
There is FREE street parking on the neighboring streets of this home. **PLEASE NOTE: The driveway is reserved for main house tenants.
Pet friendly for up to (2) pre-approved dogs for an additional pet fee of $50 per dog.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire private guest house. The garage is NOT included and the Owner lives in the MAIN House.

Just minutes from downtown, this neighborhood is ideal for visitors who want to experience Boise like a local. Enjoy a leisurely stroll or bike ride along the Boise River Greenbelt, hike the nearby Military Reserve trails, or explore the historic Warm Springs Avenue, famous for its geothermal-heated homes and classic architecture.
The East End is home to popular coffee shops, cozy local restaurants, and boutique shopping, making it a great place to unwind. For outdoor enthusiasts, Table Rock and the Boise Foothills offer breathtaking views and excellent hiking opportunities just a short drive away.
Whether you're here for work, adventure, or relaxation, the East End provides a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to Boiseâs best attractions.
Getting Around:
This neighborhood can be easily navigated without a car. An inexpensive UBER to the property from the Airport and you will never feel stranded. The locals LOVE biking, hiking and walking the neighborhood and it is easy to bike and walk downtown as well (less than a mile). Boise Green Bikes are available at a low cost as well as electric scooters, and there are plenty of local bike shops if you would like to rent a Mtn. Bike or Road Bike.
Other Things to Note:
~ At the discretion of Stay in My District, we may require that you provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to host. This if for the safety and security of both guests and property Owners.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home!
-We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies.
-There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, which we will request the additional pet fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed.
Please also be aware of our pet policy:
-Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee.
-Please pick up after your pet in outdoor areas immediately.
-Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest.
-Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable wear & tear.

We are local and can be available by phone, text, email or in person. The quickest way to contact us is via the platform in which you are booked as those messages go directly to our on-call manager. Otherwise, we give you plenty of privacy and access via digital lock.
