Great communication from start to finish from the owners. The villa is impeccable throughout and has everything you would need. The location is perfect, being within easy walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants and on the main bus route to travel further afield. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the Marina.This was our second stay here and we have already booked for next year. Thank you Florence and Bruno.

Stayed in Playa Blanca many times and this has been the best villa. Excellent communication from Miguel. Location was great, supermarket on the doorstep. 20 minute walk to the Marina. The pool was a huge positive, it was a large pool and heated to a lovely temperature. The villa was spotlessly clean and fully equipped. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The perfect holiday home! We have just returned from our second stay in this beautiful villa! I love everything about it. Spacious, clean, well equipped, large well maintained pool, comfortable beds, lovely bedding and towels, quiet location but not too far out. Coin operated air con throughout whole villa which was very cheap but a great idea in my opinion. Supermarket and bus stop down the road, I particularly loved the new addition this year of the wall mounted drying rack in the laundry area! Check in and check out easy we were sent simple easy to follow instructions. My only negative is that it’s not available on our dates next year but that says everything doesn’t it! absolutely gorgeous play I would highly recommend

Super nice modern Villa, clean, great place, heated pool, climatisation for few cents, everything what you need is there. Quite. Only 2 things-bed in main sleeping room was noisy and there is no outdoor shower. Perfect place to stay, everything near, ships, restaurants, marina, parking there as well. I hope we can come back!

Home from home

Our second year at this villa and enjoyed it just as good as last year. Fantastic sized pool, spacious and clean accommodation with everything you could wasn’t in it.

Wonderful villa

We had a week in this fabulous villa with our 3 teenagers, the villa is just amazing and is better than it looks. We wanted for nothing and it was impeccably clean and very well maintained. The heated pool was a bonus and the air con was very inexpensive.The shop is a 5 minute walk at most and has enough for a week. The marina is about a 20 minute walk, the coastal walk is slightly longer but much more picturesque. We didn't find it difficult to get taxis which were cheap.

Fantastic villa that exceeded expectations!!

Superb we will be back! This villa has everything you need , even shopping bags for the Superdino only 10 min walk. No 30 bus at end of street (1.40) each . Very quiet and a heated pool !! Communication with owners and Racquel brilliant. Tv channels awesome. Just go !

Lovely week in March

We have stayed in villas in playa Blanca in the past and the pool on this one is a great size!!Outdoor area is lovely,villa layout is good with a bedroom either end.Villa is a short walk to overseas supermarket and dino..you can walk to the marina in 15mins and a lovely area with bars and restaurants in las Coloradas.Nothing was to much trouble with any questions I asked.We would definitely return to this villa Thank you for a great week

Excellente location

Bon logement, lumineux, situé au calme dans une impasse, à 15 minutes à pied de la marina. Supermarché à proximité immédiate. Bonne disposition des piÚces, nous étions 4 et avions suffisamment de place. La terrasse, ensoleillée du matin au soir, partiellement couverte et donnant sur la piscine est trÚs agréable et meublée. L'intimité est préservée. Nous recommandons cette location et y retournerons avec plaisir lors d'un éventuel nouveau séjour à Playa Blanca.

Lovely private property, well equipped, easy walk to restaurants/shops.

We loved our stay in the property (two weeks). It is a lovely villa set in a quiet location but within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants at Rubicon Marina and indeed the town centre a little further. The villa is very well equipped and very clean. The pool and patio area is very private, and the car park space right next to the property is very handy. We would definitely recommend this property.

Met more than expectations

We stayed 8th - 18th August 24. Fantastic villa, had everything you could want, the pool was well maintained heated and a really good size. The villa had plenty of space and was so clean. It is situated in a quiet area, lovely to relax. We were left to our own devices but they were quick to answer any questions we had. Fantastic little bar / cafe about 5min walk called Antonio's. Supermarket with everything you need also 5min walk. Walk to the marina for restaurants and shops took 25mins in a casual stroll. Theres lots more to see if you want to walk the full length of the sea front takes approx 1 hour and it goes onto Playa Blanca. We had a great time, would definitely book again. (Take plenty of suncream, you will need it regularly)

The perfect holiday home

We have just returned from two weeks in this villa and it’s absolutely stunning! Where do I start? Location, super quiet but shops close by and the no 30 bus runs every half hour into Playa Blanca the bus stop is literally 1 min walk from the villa. The villa itself has everything we needed. The pool is a good size, was well maintained (pool man came x 4 times during our stay) and gets the sun all day but there is always shaded area too, I loved the little washing area round the back! The kitchen had everything we needed including a dish washer and the hiper dino supermarket is literally down the road. There is so much space and there is air con in all bedrooms plus living area, it is coin operated but very low cost, i think we used 20 euros in x 2 weeks. Raquel the manager was so very helpful, quick to respond to any issues we had, in fact there was a problem with one of the air con units leaking one day and within a few hours of reporting it to her we had an engineer at the villa sorting it. The only disappointment was that after 4 days the TV channels were no longer accessible, when the air con engineer came he had to turn the power off and this is when the TV stopped working. I did report it to Raquel but unfortunately this was never resolved, not a major issue but we had been enjoying UK TV for the news, sport etc I absolutely loved our stay here and have booked again for next year.

The villa was perfect for us. In a quiet area but not far to walk down to the coastal path, small beach and shopping area. 25 min walk to marina. The size of the property was great and outdoor area/pool were lovely. Everything you could need was at the property . Communications were excellent. Would definately stay again
