Year two at Jimmy's place was just as exceptional as year one. Appreciate the cleanliness, ample supplies, and well stocked kitchen. The pool is lovely, the rockers are great.

Great Family Beach Home

Spacious, beautiful view, wonderful beach access, great pool, awesome porches, kitchen wonderfully stocked and great linens for use. This is the 2nd year we have stayed here and LOVED the stay.

Atlantic Beach Wonderland

My family and I had a wonderful week staying at this beautiful beach house. Between the ample amount of bedrooms/bathrooms, multiple decks, in ground pool and beach front access, what else can I say but WOW!!!My wife is from North Carolina and now wants to move from California back to N.C. and to the beach.Thanks again for the opportunity to stay at this awesome house.

Everything was in great condition. There were unexpected surprises that were great (paper towels, toliet paper, and other things that take a lot of space when traveling). Of course the beach was special but everyone enjoyed the pool (and toys) and the closeby shops (ice cream, donuts, restaurants). We have used timeshares a lot and this house was at the top of the list for cleanliness.

Terrific vacation week

The property is outstanding in every respect; the host worked extra hard to get it ready right after Ophelia passed through. We had a wonderful time and plan to come back again next year.

Exactly as expected

Everything was exactly as expected from reading all the reviews prior to our stay. I would just be repeating everything that was already stated. The elevator and the electric beach cart were amazing. Lots of gear to move for 11 adults and 3 children. I had a couple questions in the first day or two and the host replied very quickly. All went extremely well along with the weather. Great place. Don't pass it up.

Most Excellent Vacation!

We so enjoyed our vacation at Jimmy's beautiful all suite home. The attention to detail is outstanding--the kitchen is well stocked, as are the beach and pool accessories. The elevator made getting our "stuff" upstairs super easy, just as the electric cart made beaching just as easy. We enjoyed all the decks--which allowed for small and larger family groupings.

Richardson Family vacation at Atlantic Beach

This vacation rental was awesome!!! The home was absolutely beautiful. It was fully stocked with necessities that we needed like bath towels, beach towels, cooking & eating utensils, plenty of ice in a garage freezer, storage bags, dish washing & laundry washing necessities. Good area with nearby restaurants, bars, & shopping. The pool and beach were great and we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Atlantic Beach NC Experience

This is an exceptional home and was even more than advertised - all updated amenities, including everything we could possibly need for an infant’s stay, a terrific location and of course Jimmy, who was extraordinary with his welcome and in his willingness to help. Could not have been better!

Amazing stay

This place had everything we needed for the perfect week. We’ve rented plenty of beach houses and this by far has been our favorite. They thought of everything!! Yeti drinking cups, nice cookware, beach toys, plenty of beach towels and much more. It was a close walk to Italian ice and a few restaurants. Loved every minute!!

Amazing!

The house is so well thought out for families! Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beds and pillows are so comfortable! The owner provides you with absolutely everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation. House is very clean and the newness of the appliances and furniture make you feel as if you are at a resort! So many nights were enjoyed on both porches watching the views/sunset. We had a great vacation!

A wonderful week!

This home was exactly what we hoped! The bed/bath combinations are perfect for couples and children. The beds are comfortable and have high quality curtains, so we used the blackout curtains we brought to make little caves in the bunk beds. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, 2 stoves, and 2 dishwashers were used every night! And, having the electric cart to take all of our beach equipment down on the access road was a bonus we didn't expect. Highly recommend this home, the homeowner, and the manager.

Beautiful beach house with everything you need.

Enjoyed our week at this beautiful beach house. 2 families of 5, plus grandma. The little cousins were excited to share the bunk room. Huge kitchen, well equipped. Super clean house, beach chairs, and sun shade for beach provided, along with electric cart for transport of coolers and equipment to beach, super nice! And balconies and porctes galore, with 1st rate porch furniture. Clean salt water pool, and we had beautiful weather everyday! Been coming to Atlantic Beach for over 20 years, best house yet!

Wonderful Vacation!

We stayed at this property with our entire family (18 of us Ages 5-67!) and had a wonderful time. This property is wonderful, very well maintained and huge! The house was so clean and with loads of beach chairs, umbrella's and the coolest motorized sand cart I have ever seen, making it so easy to get everything to the beach with little effort! Jimmy, the owner was super nice and attentive for whatever we needed. The beach here is very wide so there is plenty of room to spread out. The house itself is quite new and everything is in great shape. Loved all of it! Thanks Jimmy for sharing your home!

Beautiful Beach House with Gourmet Kitchen

The house was exactly as the listing stated and maybe even better. Beautiful throughout and everything needed for a wonderful beach stay. There are 4 Master bedrooms with private bathrooms, and comfy King beds with high thread count bedding. Another handicap accessible bathroom on the ground floor and a large "kids" room with two sets of bunk beds, two double beds, a large screen TV, and private bathroom on the top floor. There are two sets of washers and dryers, a huge double refrigerator, and two dishwashers. We had a family gathering of 7 adults, 5 kids, and there was plenty of room for all.

Best family vacation!

This was our second stay at this property and once again it did not disappoint! The house is completely wheelchair accessible which is not easy to find. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 13. More than enough space in the common area including an amazing kitchen with everything you need. We stayed in and cooked family dinners every night. Immaculately clean from top to bottom. Jimmy is a very attentive host- provided us with plenty of information and responded to all of my questions quickly- he even dropped off umbrellas when there wasn’t enough wind on the beach for the shibumi shade to work. The new electric beach cart makes the short walk to the beach very easy. We will be back for sure!

Exceptional

The photos don’t do this property justice. This house is very spacious and full of all kinds of unexpected creature comforts. There was almost literally nothing we thought of that the house didn’t have. Commercial Keurig, HUGE fridge/freezer, 2 dishwashers, plates and glasses for 16, and a cabinet full of Yeti tumblers. Even down to the beach accessories (electric beach cart, tons of beach chairs, 2 Shibumi shades, tons of beach towels) and 3-4 beach cruiser bikes. The rooms were great. Spacious even with the king beds, bathrooms were spacious too with plenty of towels and toilet paper. Jimmy was very attentive and quick responses to any inquiries. Was even willing to provide restaurant suggestions when asked. Great owner to work with. 100% recommend this house. Will absolutely stay again.

Perfect House!

This was everything we expected and MORE! From the nice linens to a fully stocked kitchen, to the beautiful pool. The owner was at our fingertips for any suggestions for the area or questions about how the house works. The electric cart was an amazing addition to get all the gear (mostly provided by owner) to the beach. The public access is very close but not overly busy. Pool was clean and very comfortable. The house could hold well over 15 people with out feeling crowed. Only thing it could use is more places to hang towels/wet bathing suits, inside and outside. The bathrooms could use a towel bar or more hooks and maybe outside by outdoor shower. Thanks again for great memories. We got our family pictures professionally taken there so we will forever remember this house.

Fantastic house for wheelchair accessibility!

This house was a dream! More than enough room for our family of 13. Immaculately clean and organized. The kitchen and living room area is the perfect gathering space along with the huge deck. Individual decks on each floor and large bedrooms/bathrooms gave each family their own space. Jimmy the owner was attentive to our needs and he has thought of everything! From the lights on the steps to the hand soap in each bathroom to more than enough bath and pool towels. easy access to the beach using path just outside the pool gate. The best part for our family was how accessible the house is- one member of our family uses a wheelchair and he was able to access most of the house (except for the loft). Easy access to the pool area from the accessible Bedroom. Elevator was easy to use. Thank you Jimmy for a truly memorable family vacation!

The perfect place for a family

This property is perfect for families. It had space to spread out. The floor plan worked great for large groups. It has everything that you could ask for. The beds are comfortable with amazing pillows and sheets. Fully stocked kitchen with nice appliances. There are no coffee mugs but they have plenty of Yeti cups with lids. He even had the garage freezer packed with ice for us. They have a crib, pack n play, high chair and stroller for babies. Chairs, Umbrellas Shibumi shade and a motorized beach cart for beach days. The pool has a nice shade canvas and plenty of chairs with an outside shower. I can't really say anything negative about this vrbo rental except maybe add ceiling fans the main level stayed warm but they do have box fans in the bedrooms. It was nice to have the elevator and it went to every floor accept the very top floor which is where all of the kids hung out.
