The Space:

Roadrunner Trail is a cozy three-bedroom bungalow in a quiet valley along the road to Joshua Tree National Park, halfway between the village and the west entrance. Views stretch in every direction, and wildlife like roadrunners, quail and rabbits are regular visitors. Outside, a heated pool, a hot tub, a meditation bench and an outdoor dining set make the most of the setting. It suits families and small groups of up to six.

-Outdoor Amenities-

Outside are a heated pool, a hot tub, a meditation bench, a handmade love seat and an outdoor dining set for four, with high desert views in every direction. You are welcome to enjoy the lower valley of the property, from the road to the first outcropping of boulders. The yard is not fenced.



-Living Area-

The living room has a large leather reclining couch, an armchair, a smart TV and sunrise views of the mountains. It is the spot for birdwatching: look out for the four resident roadrunners and Bobo the bunny, who has a split ear.



-Kitchen and Dining-

The kitchen is stocked for cooking in, and a pellet grill is ready outside.



-Bedrooms and Bathrooms-

All three bedrooms have memory foam mattresses, cozy blankets and blackout curtains. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a smart TV and an ensuite bathroom. There are two bathrooms in total.



-Surrounding Area-

Roadrunner Trail is about 5 minutes from Joshua Tree village and about 5 minutes from the West Entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. Walmart and the shops in town are about 10 minutes away, Pioneertown about 20 minutes and the Integratron about 25 minutes.



Guest Access:

The entire house and property are yours to enjoy!



You also have access to the garage and laundry room. The supply closet is not accessible to guests. Please do not cross any no-trespassing signs, do not climb on the rocks, and please give the house behind Roadrunner Trail its privacy.
