Step out into sand! The ultimate beach paradise is literally two steps right outside your door! Wake up with coffee and the sun rising over the sea. Spend the day snorkeling to the reef or sunbathing under a palm tree on the sand. Chill with oceanside cocktails at sunset in the screened in patio or enjoy a shell treasure hunt at low tide with the kids! Coral Bay Villa, a beautiful, spacious and bright two bedroom is centrally located on a gorgeous virtually private white sand beach in Spotts close to shops and amenities.
Of Special Note: We are a turtle nesting site and if you're here at the right time, watch the baby turtles hatch right outside your door and make their way to the water! An amazing experience!
Snorkeling: We are close to the reef and you will snorkel right outside our place and see and swim with amazing sea life including turtles, rays, and thousands of fish!

Our home features large bright open-plan living spaces including fully equipped kitchen with island, dining table, living room, two large bright bedrooms and two full baths. Master bedroom (king bed) has ensuite bath with walk in shower. Second bedroom has queen bed and single futon style bed/sofa. Bedrooms/bathrooms are located at opposite ends of the unit affording privacy for a shared rental. A washer and dryer are in the unit. Combination infant bed/play pen, high chair and toddler car seat are available.
Large screened in porch with comfy seating and dining with long views of the ocean/beach. Tennis courts and Pool. Spotts beach is famous for snorkeling and you will most likely see a turtle or two when you are swimming. Walk out onto the sandy beach to view the sea life. Coral reef is approximately 100 yards out.

Guests have access to tennis court, pool and beach loungers. The pool and tennis courts are located on the part of the condo's property which is on the opposite side of the street. The street is busy and caution is required when crossing over.

We have a few sets of snorkel gear at the villa for your use.

Accessibility info: there are four wide steps down from the parking area to get to the unit. Two steps from the unit into the sand.
Free Parking: there is one designated on-site parking space with extra spots in visitor parking
