This property was in the perfect location for us to walk to the Washington area and in proximity to Phil’s trailhead just a short ride out there. This was a great property for our family. Very clean and the host was very responsive.

The house was well appointed and perfect for our two teenage children and our dog. Great location - not far from great restaurants and located right next to the trail to walk the dog. Would definitely stay again - great communication with the host, Chip.

This property was terrific. Excellent location - quick to everything. Host was on top of communication and followed up. The only thing I'd say is that it needs better instructions...how to get to where you park (home is on Skyliners but you have to go around the block and down an alley to get to the driveway in the back). Other than that little thing - beds were comfortable, had all the amenities and a hot tub!

This property and owners were exceptional. House was super comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities needed. The hot tub was a great bonus! The entrances were a little confusing with different codes to some, and the address easily confused cab drivers oddly. But that was all easy to navigate once discovered and was far worth it. The owners were incredibly easy and prompt to communicate with, the house is located in a great location within a mile or two of lots of businesses and downtown, and the house was surprisingly quiet from others inside the house. Great price, great house, great location! Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!
