The space
This is a tastefully decorated beachfront 3 bedroom apartment perfect for snowbirds or corporate renters! It features both a beach and city view in the heart of the San Juan metro area, right on the Isla Verde strip. It is my home in Puerto Rico but I can’t really take advantage of it as often as I would like. It’s got all the amenities of home including a Peloton you can use!

The apartment is right on the beach on the best beach in the metro area of San Juan. And because I am a total beach bum, the apartment comes with everything you need for amazing beach days, including a large cooler, beach, chairs, a beach tent, and bottles for you to prepare your cocktails or water in to bring to the beach.

We are happy to host your dog who will probably love the beach and make doggy friends with all the other dogs in the building, cats or other animals are not allowed.

The spacious living room boasts leather couches and a dining table for 6, and a balcony that has a beach view on one side and a city view on the other.

The three bedrooms sleep a total of 5 people, two in the main bedroom in a queen bed that also features a walk-in closet/bathroom suite; two in the second bedroom in a queen bed, and one in the guest room on a twin-size sofa-bed, which has a Peloton bike for your use and enjoyment.
The apartment's two bathrooms have been recently designer-renovated!

The full kitchen is loaded with all the cookware, dinnerware, and utensils you'll need to prepare full meals, as well as a dishwasher, garbage disposer, and washer/dryer.

Enjoy direct beach access right from the building's back gate, and take advantage of the beautiful backyard's BBQ grills, basketball hoop, and outdoor shower. This is a super-safe, gated building with 24/7 security, and unit comes with one assigned parking space!

Beach Tower Condominium is located about 6 minutes from the Luis Munoz Marin airport, with shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and nightlife nearby. It is conveniently located near the highway for easy access to the rest of the island.

The rental price includes internet, an IPTV TV service, water utilities, and electric up to $300 a month. You can't ask for a better place to spend winter!

Other things to note
There is a Peloton in the apartment for you to use if desired. However, we need to know in advance if you plan to use it. If so, we will be charging an additional security deposit to cover the bike. You will need your own Peloton subscription to be able to login and use it. If you do not intend to use the bike, we will remove it before your arrival so you won’t be charged the security deposit.
