Beautiful 2 Bed 2 Bath Isla Verde face à la plage!

Admirez la vue spectaculaire sur la plage d'Isla Verde et l'océan depuis votre balcon et toutes les fenêtres de ce condo non-fumeur récemment rénové et haut de gamme. Situé dans le bâtiment Marbella del Caribe Oeste (Ouest) avec accès direct à notre plage de sable immaculée et à ses eaux cristallines.

Le condo est parfait pour une famille de quatre ou deux couples. Il comprend toutes les commodités, notamment une télévision à écran plat, le câble, une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit, la climatisation, une cuisine entièrement équipée, un lave-linge / sèche-linge et un mobilier et du linge de maison confortables et de bon goût. Des lits jumeaux XL dans la deuxième chambre se transforment en roi. Les chaises de plage, les serviettes de plage et les bodyboards sont également inclus.

Il y a une place de parking souterrain dédiée et une réception ouverte 24h / 24. Les locataires ont un accès complet à la piscine, au tennis et aux autres commodités des parties communes.

Idéalement situés au cœur d'Isla Verde, les locataires sont à quelques pas de restaurants décontractés, haut de gamme et en bord de mer. Walgreens est juste en face de la rue et CVS est à deux pâtés de maisons. Le vieux San Juan se trouve à quelques minutes en voiture ou en Uber. Séjour minimum de trois nuits.

Beautiful views, clean and peaceful beach, every amenity within walking distance and the host provided great suggestions for things to do. The host promptly replied to emails and answered the phone with genuine warmth when we had trouble (our end) with check in. Highly recommend. Easiest check out process ever!!

My family really enjoyed our stay at Marbelle Oeste — it was the family favorite! The view from the condo is incredible, and I loved sipping my coffee on the balcony with the sound of waves as my morning soundtrack. The condo is clean, has great aesthetics, and is perfect for families and friends who want to vacation together. Michelle is attentive and responsive, and the condo is perfectly located with great amenities. She also stocks all the supplies you'd need for the beach, pool, bathroom, and kitchen. I would highly recommend it!

The hosts were very helpful and provided everything you to need to plan your stay. We were surprised at the level of security to enter the beach area but given that it was a public beach, I appreciated it. We happen to stay during water rationing in San Juan and the hosts contacted us to make sure we knew and apologized for the inconvenience. Overall, this was a perfect location for our family's first visit to Puerto Rico.

The absolute perfect vacation rental for our stay at PR. The view from the balcony and rooms were stunning from sunrise to sunset. It's located right on the beach, near the airport, and you can walk out the building and have a variety of restaurants in walking distance. There's even a Walgreens down the street. We felt very safe with the security guard assigned to the building, and the lot was gated as well. The condo was very clean and Michelle was very helpful and quick to respond if you need assistance with anything.

Short & sweet stay. The host was very helpful & communicative. We had easy access to the pool & beach. Everything is behind secured gates which was unexpected but certainly made safety a non issue. We walked to the rooftop bar two buildings down, KUMO it was ah maz ing! Highly recommend! The drought in San Juan made water restrictions challenging but not impossible. We were gone most of the day. Old San Juan is worth a couple of hours of walking around. Beautiful photo opportunities! The condos view of the ocean is stunning, covered porch for the afternoon pop up shower. Views from each bedroom, even from master shower! Very comfortable beds and pillows, good linens & towels. Kitchen well stocked and great lounging sofa. We would definitely stay again..thank you!!!

This is an amazing location literally right on the beach - lots of security and fob access so you at no point ever feel unsafe. Lots of restaurants and did I mention the beach?!! It was perfect for a girls trip with teenagers. I would 100% book this location again!

What a blissful stay! The apartment is beautiful, spotless and thoughtfully appointed with every detail in mind for a very comfortable stay ( great hairdryer, in unit washer and dryer, reliable hot water heater ). Breakfast every morning on the balcony with a wonderful ocean view and listening to the waves was one highlight among many.The hosts were so kind , welcoming and responsive before, during and after our stay. We can hardly wait to return!

The apartment was immaculate and very beautiful. Michelle and Mike thought of every item someone on vacation could need. We felt well cared for. We have been going to Marbella Del Caribe for 18 years and this is the best apartment we have ever stayed in.

The condo is perfect for 4 adults. The view is stunning. Our stay was very short so we didn’t take advantage of the beach. The pool is lovely and in direct sun. Michelle was attentive to our texts and saved us from having to sit around the cruise terminal when our excursion was cancelled. There are Plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a short uber ride away. We recommend ocean bay brewing for dinner with a view. We felt the building was secure and safe. Lovey stay, I’m sorry it couldn’t be longer.

I'm Michelle O'Brien and live in Salt Lake City, Utah when not vacationing in Puerto Rico or elsewhere. My husband Michael and I love Puerto Rico and purchased this condo in 2016. This is our only rental property and we take great care of it. I worked for many years at a Five-Star Hotel and we maintain this condo with a similar expectation of comfort for our guests.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

The views from the balcony and every window are amazing! Isla Verde Beach is spectacular -- Great sand, with warm and clear water. Isla Verde is very walkable with great restaurants of every type nearby. Old San Juan is a short drive away. We are just a few minutes from the airport but have almost no airport noise because we are beach facing on the 11th floor of the building.

We provide beach towels, beach chairs, body boards, and beach games. We have an on-site manager if any needs arise. The in-unit washer and dryer are very convenient. Overall, a great place for your Puerto Rico and Caribbean vacation!
