L'appartement entier avec 3 chambres! Nous avons laissé les carreaux d'origine de 1940 mais rafraßchi la cuisine et les salles de bain sont neuves. Toutes les chambres disposent de la climatisation, le salon dispose d'une télévision et d'un canapé / lit supplémentaire pour 2 personnes supplémentaires. Idéal pour une petite famille ou un groupe. Nous offrons à nos clients une remise de 25% dans notre authentique restaurant italien 7874485558. nous avons un service de nettoyage si vous le souhaitez. L'appartement est à quelques pas de la plage, des restaurants, des supermarchés et des magasins. TrÚs proche de la rue Loíza!

This rental was PERFECT for our group of two couples and our adult daughter! The listing is very accurate with its three beds and two full bathrooms. Our course the patio was our favorite spot for morning coffees and evening cocktails. We were able to walk to many local eateries and catch an uber to everyplace we wanted to go within 10 minutes! We felt right at home in this quiet neighborhood! One last thing
the host has excellent communication and was gracious to allow for early checkin! I will DEFINITELY book again and refer this property to my travel clients!

Our host communicated well as issues arose. Upon arrival we were a bit taken back by how the neighborhood in general looked, and some aspects of the apartment were not as well appointed as the VRBO pictures, (which seems to be a common problem with VRBO's these days). The apartment did work well for our jaunts into Old San Juan via Uber, and to the rain forest with a rental car from Target rental which was only a couple blocks away and recommended by our host. We never felt unsafe. although one night about 2 am the police were on the patio shining lights around evidently looking for someone. The AC in the unit worked great, and the 3 bedrooms with 2 baths was perfect for our group. Water pressure was an issue one night. the infrastructure in the neighborhood is strained. So. this place served it's purpose for us, but next time i would probably spend more and stay closer to the ports or Old San Juan.

Overall, this is a good place to stay near the beach in the San Juan area. We really liked the outdoor patio and easy access to parking. Finally, the location is near to most amenities you could use. It is a adult friendly location.

Excellent location , clean and comfy

Really a perfect location for our group. We rented a vehicle and parking was available in front of the unit. We were able to walk to the Beach ( Ocean Park) and caught some great sunrises ! Great restaurants close by, Bebos cafe , Panuchos was really good , close to the Grocery store where we also purchased liquor for our stay! Cristian was a great host , and we would stay here again!

It served our purpose. It was easy to get to and from there although parking was a little awkward (there IS parking on the sides of the unit but the one we used on the left side was very narrow and we couldn’t go all the way back).The unit was clean and had functioning AC in all the bedrooms. It had all we needed - towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, rinse. plates, wifi, fridge, stove, toaster, utensils, washer-dryer, and 2 TVs. Our host Christian was excellent. He communicated VERY quickly with us and handled our one (very minor) issue well. He gets a 5 star rating!That being said, The place is a little dated. The tiles on the floor looked pretty old and two of the 3 beds creaked (one was very bad) when you laid on them. Both showers had hot water but the flow on the one towards the back was very weak.All in all we had a good time during our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

We liked the location and self checkin/out. The bedrooms had a/c and several fans for living room. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was well stocked. Patio is great. The highway traffic noise didn't bother us, but it is close by and all hours
