1950 maison de bain 3 ch 2 avec vue imprenable sur le lac Greenwood, New York / New Jersey. A une heure de New York.

Paradis au bord du lac avec de vastes vues panoramiques. La maison est au bout d'un point avec une vue à 270 degrés. Couchers de soleil à tomber par terre.

Sports nautiques Ă  gogo. Quai en eau profonde. Appalachian Trail Town pour les amateurs de plein air et les randonneurs. 2 kayaks et 2 SUP inclus dans la location.

Gorgeous View,great privacy

We loved the gorgeous lake house. The kids had so much fun and so did us adults using the kayaks and paddleboards in the lake. We will recommend to our friends

Rocky Point

Best views on Greenwood Lake. Lots of outdoor seating choices all with views. Fishing okay. Interior nothing special. Bring your passwords for streaming services on TV.

Great lake front location

Great location on the lake, we brought inner tubes and spent most of the days floating next to the dock. Stand Up Paddle boards and kayaks were added bonus. Multiple sitting areas outside. The host keeps the cushions in outdoor boxes so they were nice and dry for our use, unlike a previous house we had stayed at. Even though it has window AC units, the house was nice and cool. The host was very communicative and responsive, and worked hard to solve a problem with the cable tv. Overall a great stay!

Family reunion

We had 3 couples together for family time together. One couple brought a boat which we were able to dock on the property. Beautiful grounds and lots of spaces to sit outside and enjoy the lake and views. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Bob was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend

Wonderful, panoramic, love the quiet

The property is located at the very tip of a peninsula providing sweeping views of the gorgeous lake it is situated on. Although the neighborhood is small and fairly densely populated, when you arrive at the house, you feel like you are all alone. The landscaping is done so that you don't even see the neighboring houses from the main rooms and master bedroom. The quiet and beauty of the location were outstanding. The wrap around decks were lovely and there was lots of lake activity equipment available although, due to the chilly October weather, we chose not to use it. The view of the lake right outside the master bedroom is spectacular to wake up to. The rest of the house is spacious, cozy and inviting - again, all with those amazing lake views! The Host was attentive and reached out to us to make sure all was well. As to nearby restaurants, we ate at two fairly close by restaurants both of which were scrumptious. Chateau Hathorn is stunning inside with excellent food and Artemis Prime was upscale as well. Greenwood Lake Roasters is an amazing coffee shop. Only take out but the place was busy as the coffee was great! We very highly recommend this home! It made for the perfect Fall getaway weekend.

Amazing location

Location is perfect and a fun place to stay. Clean/ well stocked. Unbeatable sunsets and lake temperatures ideal. We took full advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards. Bob is very responsive and we look forward to coming back.

Agreed! The best lake front location on the GWL

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Rocky Point. The location, view, house, kayaks, paddle boards, fire pit, hang out spaces, nothing disappointed. We hope to return next year.

Loved it!

Had a ice fishing tripped booked with some friends and turned out there was no ice this weekend. We made the best of it at the property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay with all the great views of the lake.

Great communication and location

Bob was very communicative and quick to respond. The house had everything we needed for hanging outside lakeside. Location is great with a restaurant/bar a 3 minute walk if you don’t feel like cooking. Beds were better than the one I have back home, slept like a rock. Thanks Bob!

Beautiful house and location!

The house was perfect for 7 women and our weekend getaway. The deck and other outdoor seating is very comfortable and so relaxing. You have a view of the lake from multiple locations in the house and of course outside. I would highly recommend to my family and friends. I look forward to renting there again it’s a perfect place. I was also impressed with how quickly the owner would respond with any questions I had. His communication with regard to our stay was excellent as was his house!

This house and property is beyond awesome

My family and I really needed a change of scenery and a place to have a social-distance- vacaction. This home was perfect for that and went above-and-beyond our greatest expectations - it is a gem. The home was perfect: spacious, had everything we needed in terms of cooking supplies, towels, wifi, tv, nice showers and tub, etc.. The property is AMAZING - there are so many different spots to sit, so many different vantage points from which to view the lake, perfect for jumping/diving into the lake or taking the kayak or SUP to enjoy the water. Bob was so responsive to all of my questions and so helpful. Greenwood Lake is great. Couldn't recommend this place more highly!

Very relaxing

Lovely location on Greenwood lake, enormous deck, very peaceful. The local stores are great for delivering groceries, no need to leave the property. My family and I really enjoyed it.

Beautiful Lakefront Property

This house was perfect for a girl's weekend. The house has private lakefront with a dock and diving board. It was great for swimming, paddle boarding and morning coffee out on the deck. The house itself has comfortable sleeping accommodations and a large kitchen for making group meals. I would highly recommend! Greenwood Lake has some restaurant/bars on the water and boat rentals that were perfect for our group

Amazing 8 night stay!

Everything was fantastic and exactly what we were looking for to have a very relaxing week. The location was great as was the layout of the house. The deck was amazing and everything was exactly as advertised. Bob was super helpful and responded immediately to any and all questions. So much fun taking the paddleboards and kayaks out on the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Memorable stay

We had the best time at Greenwood Lake, celebrating my father's birthday. Bob was very accommodating to our needs, especially with such a last-minute booking. We rented a pontoon for Saturday morning at Greenwood Lake Boat Rentals right down the road. Couldn't be more convenient. The pictures are accurate. The views are incredible. There were some cobwebs and bugs, and the deck is old. Otherwise, would highly recommend.

Great Lake House Stay

We had a wonderful stay! If you're interested in a very cabin feel stay, this place is perfect. The location and lay out of the house couldn't have been better. If you don't mind a few cobwebs and bugs, this place is the perfect lake house stay. We'd 100% book again!
