The basement of our home has a suite with tenants below. The basement suite has itâs own separate entrance so you will not have to interact with the tenants.

Weâre available 24/7 through the app.
Other Details to Note:
Guests have access to this entire home, except for the basement which has a suite with tenants. The basement has its own separate entrance so guests will not have to interact with tenants.
Additional House Rules:
**Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.
**No shoes in house. Fine is $250.
**No smoking of any kind, including cannabis and vaping, and any illicit drugs in unit and patio, anywhere on the grounds and property. Fine is $250
** No pets allowed. Fine is $250.
**No burning of incense.
**Must disclose all people staying at unit.
**Lost keys/garage remote is $200 Each.
**Parties $500 fine.
**Respect the neighbours.
**Please use makeup remover to remove your makeup, not our towels, otherwise we will charge you.
**Late check-out past 11 AM without our consent: $50/15 minutes
**GARBAGE- During your stay, youâll temporarily be living in the house, and with that comes a few household responsibilities. One of these is putting out the bins on the designated garbage or recycling day if it falls within your stay. There will be a fee of $250 if the bins are not moved on time. We appreciate your help in maintaining the home!
Please Note:
To help us with proper waste management, kindly make sure to separate garbage, recycling, and compost into the appropriate bins. Weâve noticed that sometimes items are thrown into the wrong bins by mistake. Non-compliance will incur a $250 charge
**Please donât flush anything but toilet paper.
Sanitary products and wipes must go in the bin provided.
Plumbing damage due to improper disposal may result in a charge.
