Unwind in Unit #2, a private upstairs unit, The open-concept living room offers a comfortable sectional sofa, a Smart TV, and large windows that bring in natural light. Whether you're relaxing with a movie or gathering with loved ones, this space is perfect for unwinding. The sofa converts into a pull-out bed for additional sleeping options.

🍽️ Fully-Equipped Kitchen & Dining

The modern kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials for preparing home-cooked meals. A Keurig coffee maker and toaster are provided for added convenience. The adjacent dining area features a high-top table with barstool seating, making it a great spot to enjoy meals or plan the day's adventures.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



🏡 Separate Unit & Shared Outdoor Spaces:

Riverside Luau, Riverside Breeze, and Riverside Hut are separate units within the same property. While your indoor space is private, all outdoor amenities—including the tiki hut, fire pit, and seating areas—are shared among guests staying in other units.
