This stunning home is nestled in a newly constructed community with direct access to 1.6 miles of picturesque Riverwalk, where you can enjoy leisurely strolls along the waterfront or take in breathtaking views of the Savannah River. Among the eastern Wharves district, this area was a thriving industrial hub in the early 1800’s with businesses like AN Millers Foundry and Bullock and Winton Stream Sawmill.

Are you driving into town? There are two parking spots in the townhomes driveway along with available street parking directly in front of the rowhomes.

Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber/Lyft service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Eastern Wharf bus stop just a 4-minute walk from home. This free DOT trolley circulates downtown and provides ample stops at all the major attractions.
