Condo récemment rénové de 2 chambres / 1 salle de bain à Summerwinds. L'unité vient d'être rénovée en novembre 2016. Nouveau revêtement de sol, peinture et quelques meubles.
L'unité est à seulement 4 pâtés de maisons de la plage, de la promenade et de la partie d'amusement Jolly Roger. Depuis le balcon, vous avez une belle vue sur la baie. Il y a une piscine et 2 places de parking hors voirie disponibles.
Il y a la télévision par câble et internet wifi, ainsi qu'une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité. Il y a 2 lits doubles et un lit queen size.
Tous les ustensiles de cuisine sont fournis et tous les appareils sont fournis. Tout ce dont vous avez vraiment besoin, ce sont des draps et des serviettes.

Nice quiet part of town.But didnt like that fact that we wasnt allowed to do or sit or barely do anything on the balcony and its a long walk.to the beach specially for anyone older but the owner bill was really nice.

What you are referring to as a “balcony” is really a walkway for others to get to their units. If people put chairs out there or stand and smoke, other guests would have to walk around those people to get to their units. As for the walk the beach, the unit is listed as “bayside” so yes, it is about 6 blocks or so to the beach.

Strict but fun

Overall, the actual property was perfect for our senior week. The only issue we had was the strict rule of allowing only 6 people in the condo. While we had 6 people in our house, no extra guests could enter, which was a little annoying but the owner is an amazing person. I’d definitely recommend.

Just to be clear, the rule regarding six people in a condo is a fire regulation and it covers all of Ocean City. Any two bedroom unit can only have six people at a time.

Great Place and Great Location

The place was great and we enjoyed it. The only thing that wasn't 100% was the air conditioning. I don't believe there is must Bill can do about that because of placement of the air conditioners. Other than that the place was great.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. Sorry about there only being one AC unit. The condo association is getting ready to install units that will cool the back rooms. In the meantime, we provide a fan to place in the hallway to draw cool air back to the bedrooms.

Ok but could be better if they put money back into property

We were told 2 days before our trip that the AC units in the bedrooms and living room cannot run at the same time. There was a musty smell throughout the whole unit. The couch and recliner were broken. Sand was all over the couches and we didn't go to the beach. Paint was peeling on the walls. For the price the unit would be so much better if they fixed some things up.

We are so sorry about the air conditioners. They were just installed that week and the electrician could not get in to upgrade the wiring for them. The group before you had been very hard on the unit, hence the broken furniture and paint peeling. Please be assured this unit is going off the market in the fall for a remodel.

Perfect Condo

Our stay was really nice. Everything is as advertised and the walk to the beach was very short. The condo was clean, with TV, washer/dryer etc and my communication with our owner was pleasant! Would return, with family not friends. The only unpleasantness has nothing to do with the owners of our condo or the condo itself, it was who I assume to be the property manager. There is some woman there who came out to the pool as soon as we went one day and sat there to watch us. A friend in the area stopped by to say hi on his walk and we were scolded for having 6 people already at an empty pool. She was extremely rude and hostile, making assumptions when we did not even break any rules. One of the security guards let us know they were quitting due to her horrible treatment of people and that she simply hates young people for no reason, and watch the cameras for assumed indiscretions 24/7. On one hand I found it condescending (no pun intended), but on the other I pitied their seemingly miserable life.

Glad you enjoyed your stay, and sorry about the woman at the pool. She is not the property manager, just a busybody neighbor, who thinks she is a security guard. They had problems with large groups coming to the pool from other condos, so a few of the owners seem to get over, zealous in their enforcement of the rules.

This property was exactly what it looked to be. We had 5 adults so 1 bath was a bad choice on our part! No other issues. Had a great extended weekend. Bill, the owner, was very quick to respond to the questions I had prior to going.

Place was in good location. Pool feature was great. A/C subpar. Bedrooms were not comfortable for us without pedestal fans. A little run down, but functional. Kitchen was biggest disappointment-had a very foul odor.

I am sorry about the AC. We finally got approval from the condo association to add air conditioners to the bedrooms. I will have my cleaning people check out the kitchen. Maybe something has been spilled down under the fridge or stove and they missed it.

Great location

The location was perfect for our stay. It could use a few upgrades for the kitchen and bathroom but it suited our needs. The pool is a huge perk with kids.

The condo was a great location. Parking was easy. It was very quiet and peaceful. And the pool was surprising large. We had no complaints the condo is exactly how it is described. My kids also couldn't stop talking about how comfy the living room furniture was! Thanks for the great hospitality!

Condo is very nice, updated. Wish it was closer to the beach. Air worked well with use of fan.

Nicely remodeled condo, hard to hear TV due to location of air conditioning unit. Use fan in hallway, it helps.
