Ceci est un condo de 3 chambres, situé à environ 100-200 pieds de la plage. La chambre principale a un lit queen et les deux autres chambres ont des matelas pleine grandeur. Il y a une grande cuisine avec cuisinière / four, cafetière, micro-ondes, grille-pain, lave-vaisselle et réfrigérateur. Il y a des assiettes, des tasses, de l'argenterie, des casseroles, des poêles et la plupart des choses dont vous auriez besoin dans la cuisine. Il y a le câble et une télévision avec lecteur DVD intégré dans le salon, la chambre principale dispose également d'une télévision avec service de câble. Il y a un porche de bonne taille avec plusieurs chaises dessus. Vous êtes responsable d'apporter vos propres draps, articles de toilette, serviettes, papier toilette et serviettes en papier.

Perfect affordable condo

The location and affordability of this condo makes it perfect for my family. We are beach bums and you can’t get much closer to the beach. We will be back.

Everything was awesome for our week at the beach. It was very nice to be just steps from the beach. We loved the space of the condo and the kitchen came in very handy for a few dinners and breakfasts. We will definitely stay here again.

Super easy and great property

When we arrived to the house, I had no idea how close we were to the beach which was a great surprise for us and the house is great for a small to medium size family! The owner was great when it came to communication and making sure we had everything we needed!

Beautiful beach

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The beach access was a plus for sure! The humidity was very high the week we stayed. So it was nice to know the beach was right in front of our condo. The food, ice cream and antique shops were great both in Maryland and Delaware! We brought some great finds back home with us. I’m glad we stayed in a condo vs a hotel because the kitchen was a plus. It was nice to go grocery shopping for the week and not eat out all the time.

Nice location

Came in for 5 days. Oceans Calling music festival. Good location a few miles from fest. Easy beach access and olenty of walk to food options. Simple bus rides to festival. Justin the host was easy to deal with. Everythung worked as it should. No prblems.

Good location, comfortable beds and couches

Placed worked well for us. Nice to have two long couches in the living area and the beds were comfortable. Two keys and parking were convenient. Beach access across the parking lot was awesome. Only ding was that the internet wifi wasn't connecting. We weren't using computers and the cell service was fine for both AT&T and Verizon phones. Overall, great stay. Make sure to bring your own shower fluids and TP. We got a roll of TP across the street at 7-11 for 1.

Nice place, comfortable

The property was nice. It was exactly as described. The only thing (and it isn't even a complaint)...on the listing, when you say "coin operated laundry", the assumption was that it was onsite somewhere, not 2 miles away. Probably would not have prevented us from renting, but it would have been nice information. Just a bit misleading. But all in all, the property was what we expected and served it's purposes.

Dirty

It smelled when we walked in. It looked like the corners of rooms had never been cleaned. The comforters for the beds looked dirty. My wife went out and bought blankets. Overall it felt very sceevy and not clean.

Hi Jason, I am surprised to hear this, as we have a deep cleaning done mid summer and the unit is throughly cleaned between each guest. It’s to bad you didn’t reach out directly to me once you checked in, I could have arranged for the cleaners to come back and take care of any issues. The guest before and after you said the place was clean and were very happy with the unit, so I am really surprised to hear about your experience.

Needs general maintenance!

We didn’t stay after seeing the mold issues and knowing from experience that it was way worse than could be seen. The chalk was not even sealed in places so the water getting in behind the tub is an issue. The ceiling had stains which were concerning. The carpets were stained. Just generally dirty. We rented a room somewhere else.
