3 families stayed here for 5 nights - 12 people in total. Lots of room to spread out. House was beautiful, loved that each room had it's own A/C and had super comfortable beds and attached bathrooms with large showers that never ran out of hot water - even when everyone was trying to get out the door to an activity or dinner. Was not expecting the housekeeper every morning between 7-8am, but she was lovely. You do not have access to the laundry facilities, but the housekeeper will do the laundry for you if you feel comfortable with that. The housekeeper also made sure we had plenty of pool towels each day that were nice and clean for the pool or beach. Watching the monkeys in the trees every couple of days was a huge highlight for our kids. I've used VRBO for years, but this was the first time that any in our group ran into a brochure in the house that set the expectation for tipping the housekeeper and host several hundred dollars in cash - so that kind of threw us. I know it says it's walking distance to a few restaurants, but it really isn't because of the steep terrain. The house is in the lower part of Manuel Antonio Estates, so the pin on the VRBO map isn't quite accurate. Overall - still a fantastic stay that the group was happy with.
