Welcome to 'Mint for the Sun'! This one bedroom and 1 bath condo is located in beautiful Miramar Beach, FL. Located just across the street from the sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this condo comes with private beach access for its guests! With modern upgrades in the kitchen area, a plush king bed in the bedroom and an updated bathroom, this condo provides the comfort you deserve for your beach vacation! The condo is also equipped with a washer dryer and all the cooking utensils you need to ensure you vacation is enjoyable.
*Please note this condo is on the second floor, there is not an elevator*
As an added convenience to our guests, the condo is stocked with the following starter amenities:
(2) Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
(1) Roll of paper towels
(2) Beach Towels
(2) Trash bags
(4) Bath towels per bathroom (with hand towels and washcloths)
(1) Shampoo/ conditioner/ soap/ body wash per bathroom
(1) black make-up cloth per bathroom (please utilize these when cleaning your face, as make-up stains our linens)
(1) Starter set of laundry detergent
(1) dawn soap and sponge Starter set of dishwasher soap
* Please note amenities provided are meant to be utilized as a starter set and are not intended to last the length of your stay. Please pack accordingly for longer stays.
'Mint for the Sun' is located in Lakeview Condos in Miramar Beach. You are within walking distance to The Whale's Tale restaurant as well as Bad Ass Coffee (we recommend both!). Feel free to rent bikes to explore the entire length of Scenic Gulf Drive! Your deeded beach access is just across the street -we provide two back pack beach chairs for your convenience!
Please note: There is a ring door bell on the door for security and safety purposes.
Managed by Diving Pelican Realty and Rentals. We require an additional rental agreement to be signed at booking to ensure age requirements (25 and up to book) are met. Thank you for understanding!
