Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. New construction home built in 2022 that has been tastefully furnished offering a clean, comfortable stay. We are steps from the beach with beach and sound views from our three decks. This is a prime location that is a short walk from the Surf City Pier and all the restaurants and stores in town.

The Space:
• Ocean views from front deck
• 200 ft to public beach access and walking distance to local restaurants
• Outdoor Shower & Washer/Dryer in home
• Fully fenced backyard with fire pit
• Parking for 6 cars, enough space for a boat!
• Well-equipped kitchen
• Complimentary toiletries, linens & towels. Beach towels NOT provided.
• Free High speed WiFi
• HD Smart Roku Flatscreen TVs in each bedroom
• Sleeps up to 12
• Bedroom 1: King Bed
• Bedroom 2: King Bed
• Bedroom 3: Queen Bed & Full Bed
• Bedroom 4: Twin Bunk & Twin w/ Twin Trundle
• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

House Rules:
• NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $200 fee for deodorization treatment.
• Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check ins and late check outs are not available due to our cleaning schedules. Unapproved late check outs may result in a $200 fee.
• Absolutely no pets
• No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time.
• Self check-in with keyless PIN code lock
• Please park in the gravel driveway and not on the grass. A maximum of three cars may park at the property.
• In order to avoid potential staining, please do NOT use bleach to clean anything during your stay. We have professional cleaners who will use bleach appropriately in between guests to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Only stainless steel cleaners may be used on stainless steel appliances. Other cleaners will cause stainless steel to rust, so please do not use them on the appliances.
• Visitors must be approved by the host.
• Be respectful of our neighbors. Keep noise volume low and no walking through neighbors yards.
• Do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells.
• Guest must sign a rental agreement.

The location was fantastic. The reason for the lower scores is overall the house was not clean and as well kept as I’d expect based on my experiences in other beach rental vacation homes we’ve stayed at. Our socks were black within minutes from the floor, particularly the Livingroom. The baby’s clothes were very dirty from crawling around. The floors could use a major deep clean. The couch was pretty gross too. Lots of stains over the entire couch. In the kitchen, dishes were put away dirty. The drawers and cabinets have visible crumbs and dirt. So, we washed everything before use. The kitchen was disorganized and was not as well equipped as I’ve experienced at other homes. The bedspreads should be washed, they appeared to be dirty. The chandelier in the dining area has only one working lightbulb. The outlet in the upstairs bath does not work. Several towel bars are about to off the wall.
