Guest Access:

● You will have access to the entire home including the boat lift and upper level deck.

The Neighborhood:

● Close to neighborhood boat ramp, HEB grocery store, and several local restaurants. Quiet street with little traffic. One street into neighborhood.

Other Things to Note:

● No pets allowed at this property!

● Renters are required to be 25 years of age or older
