The Armadilla Villa is a fully renovated house perched majestically on the cliffs of lake Marble Falls. Two blocks away from local breweries and the famous Blue Bonnet Cafe! Our charming villa boasts the perfect blend of modern comfort and rustic charm, promising an unforgettable getaway for you and your loved ones.

The Armadilla Villa main house has three beautiful bedrooms boasting two primary rooms with 2024 mattress' and a queen suite perfect for extra guests. The fully renovated kitchen and large dining area is perfect for your family gathering! The Casita - or as we call it - "The Little Dilla" is a separate cabin ready for your guests that might appreciate the privacy. The little Dilla has a 50in tv, a mini fridge, full bathroom, coffee maker and microwave.

The View from the Armadilla Villa (and the little dilla) patio will take your breath away! Come check it out and don't forget your 4 legged friends !! That's right - we're dog friendly!!

This place was everything we needed and more! Scott was an excellent host. The property was very nice, clean with lots of extra amenities and conveniently located to shops, restaurants and the Beloved Art museum with has been on our list of things to see! Highly recommend this property and host.

Very fun property with super comfortable beds and wonderful view of the river. Fully stocked, even with coffee pods and lots more. We couldn't have asked for more. It's at the end of a culdesac so very safe for the children. It was also quiet, which we loved. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful family weekend at Armadillo Villa. The pillows in the master bedroom were the best I have ever had at a rental. The shower in the master need to have the drain cleaned. It was not draining well. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Great Location and House

Great property. Scott is very accommodating. Highly recommend for a golf weekend in the area as it is close to all of the courses in the area. Very clean and well stocked.

Great place for a family trip

The upstairs deck had great views, nice breezes, and was perfect for family time! The open common area made cooking together fun & all the bedrooms were very comfortable. Host was very responsive & helpful!

Magical Marble Falls

We LOVE this town and try to come every year. The Armadilla Villa is gorgeous and extremely comfortable. Next time we are in town we will check out another VRBO by the same owner.

Great property - very nicely decorated, great views and a nice location. The kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied. The property manager was attentive, responsive and very easy to work with. Highly recommended. We'll be back!

Quiet and serene property

We enjoyed a couple of days just relaxing and visiting with local friends. This property is beautiful and well appointed. Hosts have everything you may need. Cold waters in the fridge are definitely a bonus. Will book again with family on next trip to Marble Falls, our hometown that has grown up 😀

Great place for 4 couples

We picked this house because of the 4 separate bedrooms. We had 4 couples in for a golf outing. The owners were VERY nice and accommodating. Place is very clean and decorated beautifully. Best thing about the house is the patio and rhe magnificent view of the river and the deer nearby! Beds were comfortable and the showers were updated! It seems like the house is a new build. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again!

Beautiful home! Perfect for family getaway. Great view of the river!

The house was beautiful, everything we needed and more. Scott even went so far as to purchase a new toaster when I messaged pta if home had one. Also, very quick to respond! Came right over when I had locked us out of the extra MIL suite! Which is adorable and fully equipped for someone to stay in comfortably! Over all it was amazing and will definitely be returning! Thank you, Scott!

Please Book This House

We were blown away with this vacation rental!! Definitely exceeded our expectations and the views are breathtaking. We saw deer along with their babies in the yard in the evening time and watched the boats going up and down the river off the incredible covered back porch. This home is so well decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Scott the owner has a rare jewel in this community. So, with this being said anyone who needs a little R&R in their life should book this place. We're definitely planning on booking again in the near future!!

Lounging at the Villa

The Armadillo Villa was a lovely place to stay with our adult children, and their children! The master suite was perfect for the couple with a 1 and 3-year-old. The master bathroom was large enough to put two pack-n-plays and still be easily used as a bathroom. The washer and dryer in the master bath where a perfect for the inevitable toddler clothing and bedding mishaps. The property was well stocked with necessities, and the HEB in Marble Falls has delicious barbecue and a better Texas wine selection then Specs. My only regret was that the Bluebonnet Cafe was closed for the Christmas/New Year's holiday. We'll have to come again when they're open.
