Like many homes on St John, there is an exterior staircase to get to the lower bedroom. This set up may not be ideal for people with young unaccompanied kids.

This memorable villa is the perfect home base for your trip to St John. With its 3 spacious king bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, each offering a soothing atmosphere, guests can unwind in tranquility after a day of exploring. The property boasts modern amenities like AC throughout, WiFi, and a washing machine & dryer, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at Seascape Villa.

As part of the experience and adventure when visiting St. John, we do always recommend renting a car. It's truly the best way to get around at your own pace and explore our beautiful island freely. We recommend booking this reservation well in advance if you’re booking a St John Jeep rental as they tend book up quickly both in season and out. Rentals from St Thomas are a great option too if you are willing to navigate taking the car ferry over to St John and back. It’s really not too difficult. Be sure to add a service package for St John when picking up so if you have any trouble they will handle getting you service on St John. :) PLEASE NOTE: There is a second lower unit which is NOT for guest use that has a separate entrance and separate parking area that is used on occasion by the owners in the winter/early spring season. You may see us briefly in passing when we are on island checking on the property but we keep very much to ourselves and don’t use any of the spaces or amenities pictured in the listing.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay!The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the comfortable beds and cozy atmosphere to the well-stocked amenities that made us feel right at home. Carolyn was so kind and easy to communicate with, which made everything stress-free. This beautiful villaexceeded our expectations in every way. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

Fabulous villa!

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at this truly stunning villa. It is well situated just down the road from Coral Bay restaurants and market. The interior is beautiful, just as the pictures show. We had everything we needed, and more: beach chairs, noodles, towels, kitchen equipment galore. The pool and poolside are the best! We spent so much time out there because of the amazing view of the bay, and the stars at night. There are so many other lovely details, like the plants, the shells in the shower and tiles, the wind chimes, and the tasteful furniture. We are a family of four, but the place can easily accommodate six people. The downstairs is it's own little flat with a kitchenette. Carolyn responded quickly to all my questions and was a great host. I would recommend this villa with no hesitation. We had a magical time there!

We have always loved St John and all of its quiet natural beauty. Coral Bay offers many good markets and restaurants. While being just a short scenic drive away from the hustle and bustle of Cruz Bay, we find the quiet and beauty of the East Side more appealing.

This home offers AC throughout (rare in STJ) and it also runs off solar power and even has a backup generator to keep the property comfortable further frequent power outages that occur in St John.
