This property absolutely exceeded our expectations. It's located right across the river from West Point (beautiful view), 10 minutes from Cold Spring, and a 15 minute drive to the West Point downtown and entrance to the campus.Matt was extremely communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was spotless and very well taken care of. 10/10!!

We loved staying in Garrison. We have stayed at many places in the area when our son attended West Point. The condo was very clean and inviting. It was conveniently located at the train station. Matt was wonderful and kept in touch with me before and during our stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean, comfortable, nicely furnished with great access to the train. Trains pass by regularly but we quickly got used to the sound. Beautiful views of the Hudson River and West Point.

Phenomenal location and amenities. Close to the train station is amazing for going into the city, or just north to cold spring for dinner. Though close to the train, the noise did not bother us at all. Very responsive host when we asked for extra sheets. Comfortable for sleeping four people, with some additional family visitors during the day. The attention to detail at this property, such as the fresh ground coffee, really made our stay amazing. 10/10 will stay here again, and the view of West Point from the balcony is breathtaking.

This condo is so welcoming, just like its owner. Everything was more than we expected. We'd give it ten stars if we could. It's comfortable with a touch of elegance yet has a homey feel. There was a lot of hard work to make this happen, with good design and great taste that is so obvious in every corner. My wife and son loved it more than me, and our friends who stopped by were glad they did. We hope to stay here again. Thank you for the welcoming spirit of owner Matt and VRBO.

This is a n extraordinary condo that feels like home, elegant but comfortable, and the view is outrageous. With a view of the Hudson and West Point and a first class restaurant a stone's throw. And check out the Phillipstown Depot Theater across the tracks -- an intimate, compelling creative space. Great bookstore nearby, and an art gallery. And minutes from Cold Springs and the magnificent Graymoor Franciscan Center. We loved our stay.

Lovely accommodations

This condo is located very close to the Garrison train station. It has been designed so that you are never disturbed by the sound of the trains. Really soundproof! There is a beautiful view of West Point across the Hudson River from the balcony and other windows. The kitchen and 2 1/2 bathrooms are modern and well equipped. Matt, the host, has thought of everything when it comes to making his guests feel comfort and st home. The beds were extra comfy and both bedrooms were quite spacious. Matt is a very gracious and most thoughtful host.The location is perfect for exploring this lovely part of the Hudson Valley. Cold Spring is just a few miles away, and its Main Street is lined with wonderful shops and restaurants. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!
