Le Paradise Beach Club 220 est fièrement la propriété de «Stay In Cocoa Beach», le plus grand propriétaire de locations de vacances haut de gamme en bord de mer sur la Space Coast!

L'unité est également stockée avec des accessoires de plage pour votre plaisir, y compris des chaises de plage, des planches de bodyboard, un parapluie, des jouets, des serviettes et une glacière. La chambre principale a un lit king size, une grande télévision HD et une belle vue sur l'océan. La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux et le salon a deux lits si nécessaire. Une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite est également disponible.

I thought the the baseboards could be cleaned and the grate in the hallway. There was some areas they needed to be painted. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful stay! The unit was very clean, wonderfully decorated and in a great location. The beach was also so beautiful and quiet. Zarek was a responsive host as well and very kind checking in regularly. We definitely will be back.

We just completed our second stay at PBC and had a wonderful time. Everything we needed was available and you can't get closer to the ocean or a pool. We have decided to make it the place to go if we want to stay on the Atlantic side of Florida.

Wonderful Stay!

I would recommend paradise beach club to anyone looking for an oceanfront getaway! Check in was a breeze and communication was very easy. We had zero issues while we stayed. Everything was very clean and well kept. Our room had way more extras than we were expecting. The views were amazing! 100% would book again.

Awesome Beach Experience

Our family had an awesome experience at Paradise Beach Club in unit 220. The views are extraordinary, beach access is super convenient, and the sound of the waves is relaxing. The Satellite Beach area itself is amazing with soft sand, fun waves, very clean, quiet, and not crowded. This was our 3rd trip back to Paradise Beach Club and having vacationed at other beaches, this is by far our favorite.

Great spring break experience

What a delight of a location, property, and property management team! Great for us to have the pool and beach so close for our kids to run between easily (and easy access to see the rocket launch from the pool deck). The property was well-equipped, clean, the location is great (close to grocery store, easy drive to Kennedy and Orlando for day trips), and the property management team was forthcoming with information and very responsive. Thank you!

A True Beach Paradise

Condo was as pictured but better as Beach was very close with sounds of waves all night. Beautiful views from beachside windows and high enough to have privacy. Liked that there was a passcode and no key or card. We had a problem with the slider door lock and just a few minutes after we emailed Drew someone was here and fixed it. Complex was quiet and town laid back and easy to get around. We will come back if in the area!

Paradise Beach Club

This rental is a gem!!!! The pictures do not do it justice. The rental is spotlessly clean! The furniture is very comfortable. We were provided with everything we could possibly need for a stay ON the beach. In fact, the only thing it did not have was a rubber spatula and a place to hang towels! We had a couple of very tiny glitches that I had to contact the property manager about and they were addressed with in the hour! We will definitely be back!

Difficult start but turned out wonderful

Well with a few days until my trip started I got a disturbing call telling me the vrbo was flooded, Then I was told they would refund my trip in full. Well that was all well and good but I had planned to take my Mom who is handicapped and our trip was booked. They offered me a few replacements but they were unacceptable. They then told me they may have something more expensive. They sent me all choices I found one acceptable and after the dust settled they accommodated us at the same price point. So after my initial panic attack all worked well and the property was bourgeois.

Great Location

This was our first trip to the Space Coast, and Satellite Beach, but it won't be our last. This condo is very conveniently located to explore Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach and Melbourne; but also close to restaurants in Satellite Beach and Publix is across the street. The condo is an older one but the unit, as well as the complex, is well maintained. The accommodations and furnishings met our needs and were as described. There is not a washer/dryer in the unit but machines are available on the 3rd floor. We appreciated that our dog was welcome and that it was not obvious that it was a pet friendly rental (we have experienced that in the past). This unit is conveniently located near the end which makes for quick trips down to the pool which gets lots of sunshine. Bonus feature was seeing a SpaceX launch and seeing the 2nd stage separate directly in front of our balcony.

Not Quite Paradise but Perfectly Acceptable

The Paradise Beach Club looks a bit more modern in the photos. It was built in the 1970s, has a somewhat worn feel to it and the rental condos could use some cosmetic interior updating. The online photos are accurate although probably taken with a wide-angle lens. That having been said, it's in an excellent location on a beach that's lovely for walking (heavy surf when we were there, but I assume that's a seasonal thing), the condo had all the interior furnishings one would expect, it's within walking distance of a Publix market and a Dunkin Donuts, and there are excellent restaurants within easy driving distance. One minor inconvenience: no washer/dryer in the unit, but there was some upstairs available for guests. The management personnel were nice to deal with and very responsive. If we were going back to that specific area, I'd probably stay there again.

Lovely stay

This rental is quite clean and comfortable. The view of the ocean is fabulous. This place is very cozy and everything we would want in a beach stay. Management staff were easily accessible and quickly responded to questions. I was disappointed to learn shortly before arrival that we would not be able to walk our dog on the beach; it was recommended that we utilize a dog friendly beach several miles away. We always take our dog onto the beach when we travel and have never stayed at a place that did not allow that. Further, dogs are not allowed on any grassy area in this development. There is a gated dog area that has no grass but Astro turf. Our dog has never been on artificial turf and consequently would not use it. We had to walk to a development down the road in order to walk our dog several times a day. I have rented several dog friendly homes at beaches in the past and have never been restricted from walking with my dog on the beach or on grassy areas at the property. I would encourage Management to update the property description to include city ordinance information regarding dogs on the beach in order to reflect a more accurate representation of staying here with a pet so that future guests with pets can make a fully informed choice when deciding to stay here.

This condo was amazing. My husband and two infants stayed here for a week. It was absolutely perfect. The view was breathtaking, and not crowded at all. It was very clean and someone was always cleaning at all hours of the day. The condo came stocked with beach chairs, a pack n play which was great, and the condo provided beach toys and pool floats down at the pool. I most definitely will stay here again.
