2br 2 bath in a 49 unit complex-all the comforts of home! Fully equip kitchen- Queen size beds in master bedroom, with a Queen and a twin in second bedroom. Other units available. Enjoy swimming in the over sized heated pool situated on the ocean side. Quarter operated washers and dryers located on the 3rd and 4th floor. Also, bocce court, shuffle board and an exercise room. Restaurants and grocery store located across the street. Close to many Florida attractions!

Couldn't have been more impressed with our whole stay. Beautiful condo and a veiw to die for! Out host Cindy was a dream! Even went out of her way to get mail we needed on a Sunday and hand deliver it! The veiw straight to the beach blew us away! Grocery store, movie theater right axross the street. Many restaurants within a few miles, or even somell within walking distance. Beach was clean and not crowded at all. Will definitely be back!

There really should not have been any guests with the construction going on. The day of our rental they called to move our room from the top floor to closer to the pool. We also had to move away from the property when laying/ relaxing on the beach, as we didn’t use the pool, to not hear the construction noise. The 1st day we did but the second day there were others who had the same idea about moving away and then we were stuck listening to construction all day. I will really think again when someone gives me short notice on any inconveniences encountered during a stay. Other than that the accommodations were lovely and clean.

This place was a great stay comfortable beds, inviting living room to hang out with unbelievable balcony with a great view. Pool was exceptionally clean and nice and the beach was awesome. Great fishing right from the shore.

Wendy and Cindy (property managers) were superb. They were very responsive and helpful. The unit is a little dated but the location was fabulous. We will return.

The website and description is completely incorrect. This is a very old property. Dishwasher refrigerator etc from the 70’s. Mirrors all over walls. Some held together with duct tape. Fan in master bedroom rattles and looks like it could drop. Missing lightbulbs. Hole in wall near patio door. Curtains with holes in them. The bath tub had flower non slip decals from the seventies that were peeling off. Rust around bathroom sinks. Air return coverings chipped and peeling. Tile in bathrooms and kitchen need a good cleaning. Grout dirty Master bath had white caulk covering dirt or mold. Disappointed as they called this a luxury place. This is NOT Luxury. Management company needs to inform owners to do some updating.

Comfortable condo, great view, and the beach was never crowded. We were already made aware of some noise for construction going on the week we were here but we still enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Merry widows' week

The condo was super clean. The complex is older but well maintained. The beds were comfortable, the showers were great, and the towels were big and fluffy. The living room furniture was like being at home. The location to the private beach and stores is excellent. The large pool never seemed crowded even with lots of kids. Downside is that it could be updated somewhat. Several of the light switches weren't attached to a light or we couldn't find it. Ceiling fan in the main bedroom rocked and was noisy. The washer and dryer are not in the unit. They were in a laundry room on the 4th floor and require quarters. All in all, we had a lovely week.

Great price for views and basic rental

The unit was very dated. It was clean, but the carpeting was very used and the mirrors throughout is very dated. The vents and fans in bathrooms looked like they needed a good deep clean. The views were amazing and it was a good pool and right on the ocean so it was a great price for what we got.

Holiday celebration

We were there only to spend the night and that was fine!Viditing family for holiday celebration! The host fulfilled all my requests supporting my asthma and allergies. The apt was spotlessly clean! The location overlooking the Atlantic and you felt like you were on a ship from the master bed ! the deck was delightful to see and hear the waves roll in and yes there were shells on the beach! The coffee shop across the street was excellent! It’s old Florida and there’s so much to do : NASA, boating on the canals and rivers to see wildlife, really good restaurants! 40 minutes from Orlando and the parks !
