Beautifully renovated 1 bedroom apartment in small boutique complex of just 4 special units. It's all about location. In the heart of Melbourne Beach directly on Ocean Avenue and one block from the sand. Just 6 properties from the sea and waves of pristine Melbourne Beach and two blocks to the Indian River and Town Pier. Across the street from a gourmet food market, restaurants, beach bar, and shops. PET FRIENDLY for well-behaved, clean pets. This 1st floor unit is in our duplex building.

THE SPACE
All 4 units in this Boutique complex have been completely renovated within the last 2 years. Beautiful custom kitchens with granite or teak wood countertops, bathrooms with walk-in showers and unique tile finishes, comfortable furnishings and tasteful art round out the space. Multiple windows and quiet mini split air conditioning and heating systems. Beautiful space to call your home for your vacation. Such an awesome location! Walk to the beach for sunrise and to the pier on the intracoastal for brilliant sunsets. Steps away from great restaurants and a fantastic market!

Because we had three rainy days in a row, our stay allowed us to relax and spend more time at the house. We found that it had mostly everything we needed, and appreciated the washer and dryer and Tide pods available. Bed and bedding were comfortable and we even used the pull out couch for the kids. We enjoyed the market across the street and the coffee shop next door. There were a few beach chairs and beach gear available, and starters of TP and dish soap.

Easy check-in process. Everything was perfect so had no need to contact the host. So close to the beach and convenient shopping and food right across the street. We will be booking again for the next trip.

Everything was great, kitchen was very nicely equipped, que area is perfect Two things I would change is the trash bags of the kitchen We had to get our own because they were so thin, they broke and it was a mess but all good. Also the TP was not great, it lasted very short so we also had to get our own But small details Thank you for a great experience we will try to go back!

Great little place close to the beach, awesome beach vibes from the area. Stayed for a long weekend for our son’s FIT graduation. Location was convenient for us to get to his activities and spend some relaxing time at the beach with just a short walk. The little coffee shop next door was wonderful, we became regulars there too! The host was great, responsive to questions while we were there. This is definitely on our list when we are back to the area.

Labor Day Getaway
