Ce condo en bord de mer au sommet du golfe sur South Thomas Drive est situé au centre de tous les événements et activités. Venez être notre invité et nous ferons tout notre possible pour vous offrir un lieu de séjour idéal, tout en profitant des attractions et de nos magnifiques plages de sable blanc / émeraude de Panama City Beach.

La vue de cette unité au cinquième étage est à couper le souffle. Ce condo dispose de 2 lits queen, nouvelle télévision 42 'à écran plat, cuisine entièrement équipée et salle de bain, une vue fantastique sur le golfe et nos plages de sable blanc. Un de nos moments préférés est le matin en regardant les bateaux sortir pendant que vous prenez votre café du matin. Nous fournissons également en saison (03 / 01-10 / 30/2015) Service de plage avec deux chaises de plage gratuites et parasol qui est une valeur supplémentaire de 25 $ par jour.
Nos condos sont Gulf-Front, sans rues à traverser. Tout ce que vous voyez est du sable blanc et des eaux vert émeraude. Nous gérons nos propres unités. Les images qui sont affichées sont les condos réels. L'enregistrement facile inclut la réception d'un code après la réception du paiement.

Top of the Gulf est un condominium privé doté de sa propre sécurité, d'une piscine, d'un snack-bar saisonnier et d'une courte promenade en bois menant à la plage. Nous sommes situés à distance de marche des discothèques, des restaurants et du golf. Les autres activités nautiques à proximité incluent le jet-ski, la pêche en bateau charter, le parachute ascensionnel, le kayak et la location de cyclomoteur / vélo. Pier Park est à environ 10 km et propose de superbes zones commerciales, notamment de grands magasins. Il y a aussi une grande variété de restaurants. Margaretville vous attend.

Alors détendez-vous et venez profiter de la superbe vue sur le golfe et nos belles plages de sable blanc. Nous avons également des taux similaires sur nos trois autres condos au sommet du golfe. Les numéros VRBO 413503, 478096 et 813476 .. L'annulation doit être reçue 60 jours avant la date d'arrivée. Il n'y a pas de remboursement si vous annulez moins de 60 jours. Cependant, vous pouvez avoir une autre heure de visite à la discrétion du propriétaire. Des frais d'administration de 100 $ sont facturés pour toutes les annulations.

Wonderful Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was beautiful, kitchen fully stocked and extremely clean. The view of the beach, gulf and pool was amazing. Vera was very responsive. We would love to go back again in the future.

Wonderful Experience

We have stayed in her properties several times now. We always have a great experience with a smooth check-in. The room was very clean and everything worked properly. The included beach chairs/umbrella is a nice perk for sunny days on the beach. We LOVE staying at Top of the Gulf for us and our two small children!

Excellent Stay

We have stayed here at the TOG for many years, this Condo outranks the others 10 to 1. It’s absolutely beautifully decorated and designed well. Very warm and inviting. Because it’s the end Condo you get the fabulous views. The owner is absolutely fantastic. Very quickly to respond. I give this place a 10++ rating.

We had a great stay. The place was very clean and the beds were comfy! We did only get 4 washcloths for the three of us for a three night stay. Bring some wash cloths if you don’t want to do laundry every day! But other than that it was great!

Beautiful Studio

Our stay was awesome. We were the first to stay since renovations and the studio was absolutely beautiful. Vera was super attentive and always answered promptly. The condo was nice and I liked how secure it was with the wristbands. There was no craziness or loud partying. Very relaxing! Overall great stay!

Ok Place

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon recently. It was very nice. Although it is a lot smaller than it looks in the pics. And there were dishes in the cabinets that were dirty. Otherwise, nice place.

We loved our stay. The unit is beautiful and on the very end with a view. Beds are comfortable and it was perfect for the four of us. The property itself great. Super easy walk down to the beach. The pool is nice. The only thing I would say is not a criticism because we knew it when we booked it, but we didn’t plan very well. There is no washer and dryer in the unit and no balcony so not easy to dry towels and bathing suits between uses. We would probably bring an extra set next time or plan to use the on property laundry facility. Kitchen was well stocked. We were able to cook in most nights and bake a cake for my sons birthday.

Clean but smelled

The unit itself was extremely clean and the view was amazing. But, there was an OVERWHELMING smell of cat urine when you walked into the unit. No vent in the bathroom and it gets extremely hot in there when you shower. The unit is very outdated compared to some of the other units we seen walking by and their door being open. Needs to be completely remodeled, honestly. Also, didn’t know that you have to pay $20 (CASH) to park. Luckily, we had some cash to cover that. Everyone has to wear a bracelet that can not be removed your entire stay. We didn’t mind the bracelet (for security reasons) but would have liked it to be removable while you’re in your unit. Only one car allowed to a unit. That wasn’t an issue for us but we heard a lot of other guests having issues with this as they meet there. Maybe add that to the listing.

Amanda, thank you for your review. I do not understand about the smell. There has never been any animals in this unit nor have I ever received a complaint on smell. I wish you had contacted me while you were there. I agree that it needs updating and that is planned for this winter. The parking pass information is in the notes on the website. We have 199 parking spaces and 199 units so sometimes in peak season only 1 car is allowed in the parking lot and others have to park off site . As far as the bracelet that is the rule of the complex as well as the type chosen to use. I will add the parking info to the website. Thanks. Vera

Missed Opportunity

I was looking forward to vacay w/my 9 yr old nephew. 4 weeks before vacay date I was diagnosed with severe debilitating disease and could not go and was not granted a refund. I hope to be able to try again for this summer

Location…location

Location is ideal. Condo is cute and cozy. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Beach wasn’t crowded and the beach service that comes with rental is fantastic!!! 2 thumbs up!!!

Excellent Stay!

Check in was quick and easy. Had questions when we got in our room and the owners were super quick to respond and called us almost immediately. They were super nice. Room was clean and just as described. Hotel was perfect. Nice, large pool. Bar/snack shop. Lots of outdoor seating and activities. Would definitely stay again!

Peaceful Beachfront

I loved staying here! The location is perfect for the beach and shopping with plenty of places in walking distance. The view is gorgeous. The owners responded immediately every time I had a question, and were very helpful! We had every amenity we could need for cooking, relaxing, and taking breaks from the beach. The facility is quiet and family friendly. Some things I am especially glad to have had available are the pool, snack shack at the pool, beach chairs and umbrella, full kitchen, gorgeous view, and clean space!! I’m also glad to have safe and close parking on site.

Amazing View

My husband and I rented this room for a weekend with our 2 kids. Everything was perfect, especially the view! The owner was very nice and responded really well, we never had any issues checking in and it was in a great location near lots of tourist attractions. We will definitely be going back! Highly recommend 😊
