Unit 313- Sleeping Accommodations (Maximum 4 guests): Bedroom 1 - (1) King bed. Living space (1) Queen sofa sleeper. As you enter the space, you'll notice the crisp, coastal vibe throughout with an open living/dining/kitchen space is ideal for gathering. The dining table includes seating for 4 people and the adjacent living room has plentiful seating as well. The comfortable and open living space has a relaxed beach cottage feel, complete with a flat-screen 55'' Smart TV and board games for family entertainment. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all appliances, gas stove, and necessities one could need on vacation. The bedroom has great natural light and a cozy feel. The bedroom features a desk, flat screen 55" Smart TV, closet space, and ceiling fan. The next sleeping space is the 1 queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Discover one renovated bathroom in this residence with all the necessities. Everything is crisp and clean - ready for guests!

The living area seamlessly connects to the bright kitchen with all appliances for effortless cooking and gathering! There are two sleeping arrangements for your convenience (1 bedroom + living room 1 sleeper sofa). The bedroom has 1 king bed with sunny windows, ceiling fan, closet space, and flat screen 55'' Smart TV. One full bathroom with combo tub/shower. The next sleeping space is the queen sleeper sofa in the living room which boasts a flat screen 55'' Smart TV for your entertainment.

As you enter, you're welcomed into a cozy living space featuring a charming dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table that comfortable seats 4 guests. The living room is designed for comfort, complete with a flat-screen 55" Smart TV and a ceiling fan for added ambiance and airflow. There is also an additional queen sofa sleeper in the living space. The inviting bedroom boasts a plush king bed, a dedicated desk for work or leisure, closet space, and a ceiling fan to enhance comfort. Unwind with your favorite shows on the flat-screen 55" Smart TV, creating a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. This unit includes a well-appointed full bathroom, complete with a spacious shower/tub and plush towels for your convenience.

For your convenience, there are two sleeping arrangements: a tranquil bedroom with a king bed, sunlit windows, a ceiling fan, closet space, and a flat-screen 55" Smart TV, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, which also features a flat-screen 55" Smart TV for your entertainment. The full bathroom offers a shower/tub combo, providing both practicality and relaxation.

Guests have full access to all shared amenities on the grounds for their enjoyment. Most notably, In addition to enjoying the communal yard areas, you will appreciate the bistro table seating, plus additional spacious seating areas with 4 bar stools and a bar area to unwind and take in the ocean breeze and colorful sunsets. This space also features wood burning and gas firepits, 2 outdoor showers, and 4 BBQ's for grilling. For your ultimate convenience, there is laundry access, plus you have access to the garage for parking.

Windansea Beach, in particular, is a stretch of coastline located in La Jolla, mostly known for its famous surf spot, which was created by underwater reefs. The Surf Shack, built by returning World War II surfers in 1947 for shade and aloha, is a historical landmark.

• Surfing: Windansea Beach is known for its surf spot. Visitors can go surfing or bodyboarding

• Sunbathing and swimming: Visitors can relax on the beach and soak up the sun or take a dip in the ocean.

• Scuba diving and paddle-boating: Visitors can also go scuba diving or paddle-boating. Equipment can be rented nearby.

• Beach photography: Windansea Beach is a popular spot for beach photography

Other Things to Note:

• Guest ages 25+ to book.

• Pets ok with prior approval and $150 fee per pet.

• Smoking and events/parties are not permitted.

• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax.

• Please note that there are 3 other units on the property that share the laundry facilities. Guests will have access only to their assigned, exclusive outdoor patio. The entire property encompassing all four units may be rented as a compound accommodating up to 16 guests.

• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Parking: Each unit is allocated one garage parking spot (four total for the compound), with a remote provided for access. A fee will be charged for lost remotes. Please note that only compact cars will fit in the garage and each garage fits 2 cars side by side. Garage Dimensions: Height: 6.5 ft, Width: 15 ft (7 ft per car), Depth: 16 ft. Additional street parking is available for guests with larger vehicles or extra cars.

• Cooling: Small window A/C unit in each cottage, with the exception of 315.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
