Welcome to your perfect Lake Norman retreat, a stylish and modern getaway just a short drive from Charlotte, NC! Located near major highways for easy access, this home is designed for fun, and unforgettable memories.

Blythe Landing is the nearest access to the lake that we are aware of! :) There are also numerous boat rental and water sports nearby.

This modern home is packed with fun—basketball game, arcade, foosball, Jenga, and board games. Relax with a vintage record player and Taylor Swift vinyls, or smart TVs in every room. Enjoy a Nespresso & Keurig, a fenced yard w/ outdoor seating, and plenty of natural light.

Located in Lake Norman of Catawba, this beautiful house offers 3 cozy bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with two twin bed. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer and shower, guests can freshen up after a day of exploring. The living room provides an additional sleeping space with a comfy futon. Enjoy your time in Lake Norman of Catawba at our excellent property.

Lake Norman House

We had a nice stay at the Utopia House overlooking Lake Norman. Great location to food and the lake. I would recommend it for a relaxing stay anytime of the year.

Lake Norman stay

Out check-in was seamless, and host was very focused on out having a 5 star experience. All of the perks were as advertised and functional for our visit. The location was ideal for our trip, and the deck, view from the front was immaculate .There were some bumps, and being a newer listing, that is to be expected. The host was very interested in our feedback and is looking to continue improving.

NOT a luxury stay!!

Put simply, this property is advertised as “luxury” but it is anything but that. For starters, the yard was unkept and the landscaping was filled with weeds and tall grass. We were unable to use the yard because it was in such poor condition. While we didn’t use the gas grill, there was a random 2nd grill in the driveway half put together sitting in a box. Inside the house, there were bugs on the windows, counters and linens left out for us. Also, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and none of the cooking essentials listed in the description. Because of this, we ended up eating out for our meals. Also, the microwave was broken. It seemed like a cleaning crew hadn’t been there in a while. The house was furnished with cheap furnishing and the couch was falling apart. There were also Amazon boxes of furnishings that had yet to be put together. The host said to “enjoy the new deck chairs” but they were in a box. Why would I put together someone elses’s furniture on my vacation? The only positive was the location. It was in close proximity to our friend’s lake house so we really just slept at this property. For the price we paid, we expected far more. The owner should either update the listing to reflect the actual condition of the property or reduce the nightly rate. Avoid this place.
