Daughter, son, son in law and 4 kiddies all loved the space and freedom of the house. No one had anything derogatory to say about the environment so as the paying grandpa I take that as a win. Thanks Arr

Overall, the property served its purpose; however, I suggest updating the photos in the listing as it’s not necessarily representative of the current state of the property. The exterior is significantly overgrown and unattractive, while the interior has noticeably aged since. Although the interior was generally clean, there were wet clothes in the washer and an open condom wrapper in one of the bedroom nightstands. I reached out to the owner about the clothing, and they explained that the previous guest checked out late, leaving the cleaners on a tight schedule to turn the place around. The owner also called me directly to discuss the laundry situation, which I appreciated, even though I had already taken care of it, so my group could do their laundry as well. If you are simply looking for a place to sleep, I would recommend it; however, if you intend to spend significant time at the house, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

We rented this house and the 6 bedroom house that is 2 doors down. Both of them are managed/owned by the same person. The houses were well suited to our needs and we loved that we were able to use the garages. The A/C was great. The water pressure was fantastic, and the living room furniture was comfy with plenty of seating, and the parking availability was terrific.Now for the bad part. The floors and the kitchens were bad. We had a two year old who was barefooted, and her feet were just filthy after walking on the kitchen and living room floors for a couple of hours. They desperately needed to be mopped! The kitchen cupboards need some serious attention. The items in them are sticky with grime, I think because the stuff in them has been there too too long. The dishes in the cupboard have been put away dirty. The shower curtain is disgustingly stained and dirty. The BBQ tools were still grimy with stuck on food. I would not stay here again - even though the price was right.

Plenty of room quite location

Over all I enjoyed my stay but it started off bad. Not cleaned to my standards. Tables were sticky but there was cleaning materials so I could take care of it. There was open bar soap left in the shower and one of the sinks. I know not to use but it’s bad to think of handling something that has been on the body of an unknown person. The worst part was the sheets were dirty. There was a washer so I took care of that also but washing sheets upon arrival. Does not make for a good start of vacation. But after the first day when I had to get things cleaned to feel comfortable there it was a great place to stay and I enjoyed feeling like I was home away from home. Before putting any of this I did write the owner and he did not acknowledge that I have said anything so that is why I’m actually even putting this in the review because I think he is new to renting out this. Like I said it was a good stay the beds after I washed sheets where comfortable there was plenty of towels and plenty of cleaning supplies. Nice area to stay in. Restaurants and grocery stores near by.

Had an awesome weekend with family.

The house was very spacious. It accommodated everyone, the pictures do not do any justice, this is a must see. We were comfortable and had plenty of room to play games. I would love to stay there again; it felt just like home.

City home with a secluded feel

The house was spacious with the exception of the bathroom near the garage entrance. It was a little narrow but meets the necessity of a second full bath. The shower in the main bathroom required a little of playing around with the knobs to get it going but eventually works. As for everything else, it was as expected based on the listing.
