RĂ©servez cette maison entiĂšre avec des lits queen size, un espace de travail, 3 salles de bain complĂštes et une baignoire jacuzzi, et l'accĂšs Ă  une grande cuisine luxueuse, un salon, une buanderie, une grande cour arriĂšre et un parking gratuit sur place. Ma maison récemment rénovée est une beauté moderne à deux étages avec un peu de charme d'artisan rustique. Le premier étage spacieux et ouvert dispose d'un salon confortable avec télévision par cùble, Netflix, HBO et Hulu. La salle à manger dispose d'une grande table en bois à la main qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes, et la cuisine luxueuse est bien équipée avec tous les appareils et ustensiles nécessaires pour préparer un délicieux repas. Il y a 1 chambre au premier étage, qui est également souvent louée par les clients Airbnb. Il y a aussi 1 salle de bain complÚte au premier étage. Le deuxiÚme étage comprend la suite principale privée, ainsi que 2 chambres confortables et une salle de bains que vous apprécierez. La buanderie est également située au deuxiÚme étage et à votre disposition.

We stayed at this property with our family of 12 for our Granddaughters wedding. This is an amazing space for a large group. We had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen is complete with everything and anything necessary plates glasses utensils and more. The diningroom has a beautiful long table so everyone could eat and socialize together. There were 5 clean beautiful roomy bedrooms and 4 immaculate bathrooms. All complete with plenty of linens and towels. Login and out were so easy and Coby our host was easy to communicate with if and when necessary. I highly recommend this property if you need to stay near or in Detroit. Its a quick straight drive to Downtown. Thank you Coby for have this wonderful place. We enjoyed your home so much. And thank you Coby for being our host

We rented the property to be home base for the bridal party of our son's wedding. We appreciated the space and convenience of the layout. Unfortunately, the host messaged us very late the last night of our stay that the city would we working on the sewers very early the next morning. So we had to get up early just to use the toilets and everyone had to travel home without showers. We did get a small rebate back on the price, but given the inconvenience and late notice, we feel it should have been more.Also, there is no typical coffeepot and when we messaged the host about it, he was slow to respond because he was travelling. We ended up ordering in Starbuck's delivery the morning of the wedding as we needed caffeine!Finally when we opened the oven, someone had left stale pizza on a cookie sheet in there.While the house overall was very nice, the combination of the above issues would make me hesitant to book again.I will note that, based on previous ratings and reviews, this does seem like an aberration for the property.

Bridal Party Stay

This space was perfect for my bestfriends wedding/bridal party. There were enough beds/bedrooms to accommodate us and there were more than enough bathrooms and plenty of towels. We had so much space we didn't even use the basement. On the day of my bestfriends wedding, our makeup artist was able to use the big dining room table/area to do our makeup and it was great lighting. There was still enough space for us to move around and not be on top of each other. The brides room was perfect for her. The checkin/out process was easy, the host was very responsive during our stay and it was easy to go in/out of the property. This is right near Royal Oak and the freeway so we were able to get to places super quickly. We had a great stay and can't wait to do it again.

Excellent!

This house is extremely accommodating! The living areas are very spacious. There’s nothing needed in the kitchen. If your weather is good, you’ve got to take advantage of the backyard. We built a fire in the fire pit and played cornhole. It was so great to have four bathrooms for eight people. The primary bedroom upstairs is huge! If you have a baby or toddler, a pack and play, baby gates are provided. A great house that I will certainly recommend to others.

Experience beginning to end was really good. Unlike a lot of properties, this one wasn't over-represented by staged photos. Clean, roomy, comfortable and well-room in a great spot.

PERFECT

This property was exactly what we were looking for for a getaway close to tons of fun things. This house is gorgeous inside and out, with plenty of beds and space for fun and gathering. The host was wonderful and we had a blast. The location also couldn’t be beat!

Weekend back in MI to visit parents/family

Family and friends gathered back home in MI for a couple different family functions over the weekend. The house was perfect, as pictured but larger than expected with a wonderful amount of space. House was clean and kitchen and laundry were well stocked. Colby is a great host, with clear check in instructions and was easily accessible for questions. The backyard was also a pleasant space to hang out day and night. I would only have 2 recommendations; more hangers in the guest rooms and the rug in the family room was shedding somewhat. These were minor issues and didn’t affect the stay at all in a negative way. Just something that the next guests might benefit from. Oh also, the beautiful hydrangeas in bloom were also a pleasant surprise to greet us upon arrival.

AMAZING stay

I have to say this was probably our best VRBO experience. Colby was a fabulous host. Replied to messages, answered any questions we had, gave great food recommendations. The house was in amazing shape. Decorated so so nicely. Pictures were spot on! The location was perfect for us. We were there for a wedding in downtown Detroit with activities planned in Birmingham and they were all close Uber rides. No issues getting Ubers either. Thank you so much for having us Colby!

Family gathering for wedding

My family of 10 stayed here for my nieces wedding. The home was beautiful. There was plenty of space for everyone and enough bathroom space for everyone to get ready. The 3 teenage kids shared the basement space which had its own bathroom with a shower. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was great with nice sidewalks for morning walks. A small park with tennis courts was walkable. The kitchen was well stocked and great for gathering. The house was great!! Would definitely stay again.

Lovely home. Book it.

We booked this home for a cousin's reunion during NFL Draft week. This house had everything we needed. Location is perfect, easy on and off the freeway. We enjoyed the backyard and fire pit. Traffic makes it a little loud, but the yard is fenced in and private. Lots of space in the home and beautifuly decorated. We had a great time and the host was great too. Book it. You won't regret it.

Great place & stellar host!

The house was fantastic. It more that met all of our needs. It was clean and lots of really nice touches. Plenty of towels, blankets and everything you’d need for your stay. A beautiful home. Colby was a great host. Super communicative and was flexible on check-in and check-out times and the check-out process was as easy as I’ve experienced. Highly recommend this property.

Great house for family

We stayed at the Pleasant Ridge property over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was very comfortable for our family of eight and exceeded our expectations. Colby was a wonderful host and we hope to return some day.

Stay to visit nearby family

We had a nice stay and Colby was very friendly and welcoming. The house had everything we needed and was comfortable and secure. We enjoyed seeing the bunny outside in the backyard each morning. Thanks for a great place for our home base while visiting nearby family!

Perfect place to stay!

House was clean and beautiful! Plenty of space for everyone. Location was amazing! Stayed for a bachelorette party and we were able to walk into downtown royal oak or grab a quick Uber ride. Would highly recommend! Colby was accommodating and wonderful to communicate with. Truly have nothing negative to say!
