This 1-bedroom condo is perfect for your escape to St. Simons Island. Our condo is located on the first floor, is directly to the left when pulling into the complex and provides ample parking. The bedroom features a lovely king bed, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for guests. With amenities like a hair dryer, WiFi and brand new kitchen appliances, convenience is at your fingertips. Take advantage of the fitness room and AC to make your stay even more enjoyable. Easily walk to the beautifully landscaped heated pool or walk the grounds overlooking the beautiful pond. Practice your pickle ball skills on the newly surfaced court within the complex. Bring your furry companion and allow him to run freely in the dog park. Dogs up to 75 pounds welcome. Enjoy a peaceful walk to the beach or Pier Village to take in the beautiful scenery, or frequent the many shops and restaurants. We truly hope you'll enjoy your stay at our condo.

Nice Condo in Great Location

Nice condo in great location! Close to restaurants, shopping, and beach. Excellent communication with property owner! An added plus was being able to bring our dog.

What a fantastic stay! The location was amazing! The condo was well decorated and stocked for guests. This has to be one of my favorite places I have stayed so far! Thank you Cara for such a wonderful place and letting us stay there. Also the owner/manager Cara is very friendly and responsive to questions. A great host!

Great location on SSI

Visited SSI to check it out for the first time. Location of the condo was convenient for biking or walking to town. Short bike ride to beach and many restaurants.

Great location, central to parks, beach, and village.

Loved this cozy condo, everything was great, However the curtains don’t close on the sliding glass doors providing little privacy, so be sure to bring a bathrobe!

The space was a very nice space. Big bed, big couch, nice kitchen, and nice outdoor porch area. Communication with owner was easy and I didn’t not have any questions that weren’t already answered when she first reached out to me. I would stay here again for sure.

For Two Plus Pup

Our hostess did all she could to make us feel welcome. The decor is lovely, as pictured. The location is perfect. It is quiet, with beautiful landscaping and nice porch furniture to enjoy. It is close to the village shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at this one-bedroom condo on St. Simons Island! The location was perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants—making it easy to enjoy everything the island has to offer. The condo itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a great bonus—well-maintained and a perfect spot to relax. Our host was fantastic—very responsive and helpful with any questions we had throughout our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway on the island!

Beautiful view from Pleasant lovely/comfortable furnished patio

This owner is extremely friendly and easy to contact and very helpful. The condo is adorably nautical furnished and comfortable. The patio is a super plus! just a few feet away loads of azaleas, plants and trees! Very picturesque!
