You will have your own parking spaces on the second / side driveway (by the garage) which is closest to the entrance of your private guest unit! There are no shared interior spaces in your suite, making it completely private. The back yards are also not shared, you will have your very own private fenced back yard for your studio guest suite and the main house will have theirs. Both overlooking the beautiful golf course! The hot tub is only for the main house, and will be off limits for guests of this guest suite.

This Guest Suite has its own private entrance (no interior shared spaces), and its very own fenced private back yard! The back yard to the main house is for main house only as well. Making for a private experience!

Ring video doorbell (no other cameras anywhere on cottage) There are no holds on the security deposit and it will remain in your account, damage is only charged if we find damage after the stay.
