This charming retreat features stylish furnishings, FREE high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and everything you need to feel at home during your stay. Guests do not share apartments, but it is in the UPSTAIRS of a bigger home. There is NO central HVAC, but three window units completely cool/heat the space. Also, NO washer/dryer at this location.

Host was welcoming and took care of everything I needed. A super crazy cold front came through for the weekend I was there and Cindy provided me with a space heater, and extra blankets! Would stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upstairs apartment in a classic old home in the heart of Pensacola. When the AC went out during a mid-August heatwave, it only took one phone call to Dr. Tant's wonderful assistant, Anita, for her to alert Dr. Tant, who then got maintenance person, Chris, on the job. It was all repaired in two hours! Pretty remarkable in the middle of a Florida heatwave.Thanks to all involved.

Great Experience

The check in process was very easy and the location is great! Very close to downtown Pensacola and comfortably houses 3 people. The property was also very clean and had a good sized kitchen. Only a 15 minute drive from the beach!

Lovely stay, and very considerate host

My mother and I stayed in Pensacola at the Gulf Coast BNB. Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed to enjoy our time. Only minor negative was that the balcony faces a very busy, noisy road.

Its a cute apartment and very convenient to downtown. The apartment is old and could use some upgrades. The neighborhood seemed pretty safe. The check in process was very simple no complaints.
