Everything was as described, place is beautiful and the location is perfect. Close to restaurants and nightlife, and short drive to different skiing locations. Plenty to do and host responded with info about property as needed.

We had an excellent stay over the holiday week. The location is great and the house itself is superb with comfortable beds, a very nice kitchen and a great home layout. Will definitely be back.

It was a lovely and clean home with plenty to keep us busy inside and out. The kids loved the foosball table and arcade game, and the parents loved the hot tub. My two area of dissatisfaction were being told in the day of the rental in our check in information that only 3 cars were included for free and others would be up charge. Of course we made plans far in advance to have 4 people drive from different locations and did not have time to adjust. Additionally, the upstairs thermostat was locked and I reached out to request the code but never received. Fortunately the fan helped, but as a perimenopausal woman I need a cool room to sleep in at night and was unhappy I couldn’t control the temperature in my bedroom. Other than that we loved it and would return and recommend.

This house was beautiful. Peaceful, quiet setting with a cute swing in the front yard. Check in was simple and easy. Host was responsive to any messages sent. House was very clean and accomodating. Beds were all really comfortable. Great outdoor space perfect for entertaining with the pool, deck, grill and hot tub.

Check-in was smooth, and the kitchen was well-equipped and pleasant to use. However, several aspects of the property fell short of expectations. The outdoor furniture was worn and dirty, and the grill had not been cleaned properly. The pool chemicals left a strong, unpleasant odor on the kids, and as a result, the adults chose not to use it. The hot tub had some dirty residue on the headrests, and the small waterfall feature was full of dirt and hair.This four-bedroom home is advertised as comfortably accommodating up to 10-12 guests. Our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 children) expected that basic amenities would be adequately stocked. While toilet paper was listed as an included amenity, it turned out to be only a limited “starter” supply—enough for just a few days. There was no mention of this beforehand, so we had to make an unplanned, last-minute trip to purchase more. Clear communication about this detail would have been appreciated, especially since we’ve never encountered this issue in similar vacation rentals in the past.

Excellent Home - Great Location

This home has a lot of great space both indoors and out. The host is responsive with direct, home related questions both before and during the stay. The kids loved the hot tub and pool - and the grownups enjoyed the location and proximity to the activities we had planned.I am unsure if there was an issue with housekeeping before we arrived but there were a few things that could be improved: 1. The towels. It looked like we had the hosts personal towels, a mismatched pile of older, faded, frayed, stained towels. 2. Pillows. For each room of the house - there was a max of two pillows per bed and they were flat. To the point where after the first night - we bought new pillows and towels to complete our stay. 3. Keurig, we realized there was mold in the water tank after we had all taken the first sip. We tried to clean it but there were barely any cleaning products to use. 4. Paper goods: we ran out of both paper towels (half roll to start with) and toilet paper (no backups in any bathroom) during our stay. We were hesitant to buy our own given the septic tank rules we received. With some simple modifications and updates - this property could be perfect.

This place was very nice! We had a great time on the lake and just hanging by the pool. At night we used the hot tub. All the bedrooms and common areas were very clean! Mark was very responsive to every question we had! We would come back here the area was perfect!

A Great Place

This home was super clean in every way. The modern smart features made controlling everything very easy. Beds are very comfortable. While this home is not advertised as ADA compliant it’s not far off. Only 2 short steps to enter the house, main floor is very open with everything needed and accessible for a person with limited mobility. Only one short step down to the deck with grill, hot tub, awning overlooking a very private property with firepit. Hot tub is in great condition and very clean. We didn’t use the pool but it sure looked nice. The host was very responsive to questions prior to our decision on this property and very detail with instruction. Location is very short distance to downtown Meredith with several great restaurants and other conveniences. Would highly recommend this home for families of all ages.

Paradise in beautiful Meredith

Beautiful, very clean and well kept home, we were 10 people, beds are very comfortable, it was rainy weekend but the jacuzzi came in handy for the teens along with the Pac-man arcade and foosball table, very close and walkable to Meredith Center where all the action is. Plenty of parking and a big beautiful yard. Mark was a great host and corresponded quickly if needed. Hope to stay here again!

Great place to getaway.

Very impressed with the house. Plenty of things for the kids and adults. Location was perfect close to the center of Meredith but also tucked away down a private drive.

Weekend girls trip

We had an amazing girls trip staying at this property and definitely will be brings the whole crew back in the summer time to get use of the pool! Everything was clean, the house is beautiful, so much space for everyone! We were super comfortable staying here! Cant wait to go back

A must stay!

This was our family vacation for Christmas with our 2 dogs. The house was a nice location and we had everything we needed. The game room and hot tub was such a nice addition. Thank you for the excellent communication . We loved this home and it would stay here again.

Great location and lovely property

All of us said wow when we walked in. A beautiful home nestled in a wooded area of Meredith. Spacious, clean and comfortable. We had 6 adults and the size was perfect with us all having just the space we needed. The Pac Man game was icing on the cake.

Beautiful home! Very close to restaurants, shops and the lake.

The property is very close to town yet tucked away from the main roads and gives you the feel of being out in the country. Loved the hot tub and saw several shooting stars! The house has everything you need and the host answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!
