Welcome to this beautifully restored Old Colorado City home, where historic charm meets modern comfort. With 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, two living spaces, and two kitchens, this spacious retreat sleeps up to 10 and is perfect for families, groups, or extended stays. Enjoy mountain views, walkable parks, quick access to hiking, and a fully fenced dog run for pets.
đ The Home
This 2,056 sq ft historic Old Colorado City home has been thoughtfully restored to preserve its original charm while offering the comforts of a modern stay. Warm wood floors, exposed brick, and towering ceilings give the main level a welcoming, character-rich feel that's both cozy and spacious.
The main living room features a very comfortable sectional and a Smart TV with an Apple streaming device, making it an easy place to unwind after a day of exploring. From here, the space flows naturally into the dining area, where a large table seats eight comfortably, and then into the fully updated kitchen. An additional eat-in kitchen table provides extra seating and flexibility. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for both short- and long-term stays, whether you're cooking simple meals or settling in for an extended visit.
Also on the main level are two bedrooms, each offering a comfortable queen bed, with one bedroom including its own Smart TV. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located on this level as well.
Downstairs, the finished basement adds an entirely separate living space that's perfect for families or groups. The second living room features a large projector ideal for movie nights, along with games for all ages. The couch in this space also functions as a sofa sleeper, providing additional sleeping options. The basement includes a second full kitchen complete with a full-size refrigerator and freezer, stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, sink, and dishesâperfect for larger groups or extended stays. Two additional bedrooms are located on this level, each with a queen bed, and one also includes a Smart TV. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a full-size washer and dryer complete the lower level.

The outdoor space is designed for both relaxation and practicality. Guests can enjoy a propane grill for easy meals, string lights that create a cozy evening atmosphere, and a wood-burning fire pit for cool Colorado nights. The yard includes a dedicated fully fenced dog run, making it especially convenient for guests traveling with pets. Parking is available along the street or in the private driveway located off the alley.
