The check in was fine, but the tree near the front entrance needed to be trimmed the carport where we should have been able to park was dark with no lighting and didn’t look safe. The coffee table that was shown in the pictures was not there one of the chairs in the dining room area had broken legs. The cooking utensils that were left did not look clean enough for me to use after paying a cleaning fee. The owner expected us to clean her property by stripping the bed and washing the towels. The plumbing needs to be checked, if a person use the restroom and another person you needed to use it thereafter we had to use the coffee pot fill it up with water to fill up the tank so that the next person could use the restroom and be able to flush the toilets. The air filters needed to be changed and if you have allergies or asthma, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The TV in the master bedroom did not work at all. There were only two lights that were in the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. we had to figure out how to correctly work the shower knob in the master bathroom, shower and purchase additional tiles because we did not have enough towels. be prepared to buy trash bags because you’re only allowed one trash bag per visit.

Our listing clearly states this is a value-based property and sets expectations for minor imperfections, with the note that guests seeking a hotel-like experience or sensitive to smells may prefer a different type of accommodation. The carport lighting, amenities, and checkout procedures are as described in the listing. The plumbing matter you encountered was unusual, and we assisted you during your stay.
