Salle de bain principale et salle de bain invitĂ©s mises Ă  jour, nouvelles fenĂȘtres et curseurs. Amusez-vous et dĂ©tendez-vous sur une grande enveloppe autour du pont. Écoutez les vagues du Golfe pendant que vous dormez. 4 couchages. La chambre principale a un lit king et la 2Ăšme chambre a deux lits jumeaux. SĂ©jour minimum: 5 jours. Location au mois en fĂ©vrier, mars et avril. Excellent emplacement avec des vols directs vers Tampa depuis l'Europe et les principales villes amĂ©ricaines. Wifi gratuit. Great VRBO

This is a beautiful property and exactly as promised. The beach is right outside your door and you can walk for miles on the soft sand, looking for shells and enjoying the ocean. We absolutely love Pelican Place and Gert is the ultimate host! We will definitely be back, thanks!

Dream location!

From the first time we drove into the parking area and spotted the proximity to the ocean we were hooked! The description of "short walk to the beach" is 100% accurate. The condo was perfect for my husband and I. It is exactly as pictured. Gert was so kind. She called us as we were driving to let us know that the condo was ready and we could check in early if we liked. Also gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants. I think that we tried them all. Everything was an easy drive. We drove to Dunedin one day to see a ball game. We were in Florida for three weeks and agreed that the week spent in Indian Shores was the highlight. Thank you for providing us with a great opportunity to enjoy a wonderful vacation!

This worked very well for two mature couples. Plenty of room, Quiet. Walk to the beach. Friendly manager worked with us to get in early. This is our second time staying at the complex. Will stay again.

Absolutely beautiful!

The beach house was exactly as described. In fact, it was even better! I wasn't sure if the entire floor and deck would be private to us and yes, it was. Lots of space and privacy. The place was beautifully furnished, extremely clean and anything that you might need during your stay was easily accessible. It is one house back from the beach but you still have a beautiful view in certain areas of the porch. The beach is super nice and wide and lots of beach chairs, etc. are provided. I can't say enough great things about our experience here!

On the beach

Great place to stay. Clean and right on an uncrowded beach. Perfect. Condo was hard to find, though. Drove past it twice. The sign was covered up by a plant. Glad we rented a car. We drove to everything (except the beautiful huge beach/ocean). Don’t expect to walk to eat, to get just about anything needed, or to do other things. You are surrounded by lodging. This is not a problem. I just wanted others to be aware. We would love to come back sometime. Hopefully we can have one of the condos in front so we see nothing but the beautiful beach. Our hostess was great. We were able to check out a little later since we had a night flight. Beautiful place!

A hidden gem!

Everything about this property is amazing- the location, the view, the furnishings. It's simply beautiful. The condo is well stocked with everything you'll need and then some. Gert is the best VRBO host I have ever worked with. The only problem is that we can't get back soon enough.

So close to the beach

Condo was roomy, clean and beautiful. The porch was so nice and only a few steps to the beach. The condo had everything we needed. Would highly recommend if you don’t like the crowds, but love the beach!

Great ocean view!

My husband, my 11 year old son, and I stayed here and it was fantastic! The condo was clean and stocked with all the beach supplies we needed to have a fun day at the beach! The beach was steps away so perfect if you have kids. It was quiet and it felt very private on the beach even though there were others around. We had our own private deck that had seating so we could sit on either side and peak at the ocean. This was hands down one of the best places we stayed off the gulf coast! We will definitely be back!

Great experience

We stayed for a week in early April. The experience was awesome. Great place and location. Everything you need for a week on the beach is provided. Beach is clean and not crowded. Close to stores, restaurants etc. We would definitely come back.

Perfect for our family of 3

This place made for the perfect beach getaway. Our favorite part was the very large outdoor area that could easily be locked and secured for our toddler to live his best life outside. We rarely spent time in the condo other than to sleep, but it was so clean and had all the amenities. Gert was so easy to contact and made it easy to check in and out. Chairs, towels, and everything you need for the beach. The area was equally as nice. So much within walking distance. Salt Rock Grill was AMAZING. Hoping to book again next year!

Great for families!

The place is right on the beach. It was perfect for our family with a small toddler:) There was everything we needed plus more! It is a very quiet neighborhood, exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of restaurants and things to do within a very short drive!

Perfect beach rental

We have stayed in many places in Indian Rocks Beach and this was our favorite. Easy and private walk to the beach, quiet complex, and the condo had everything we needed including plenty of beach chairs and beach toys. Condo was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 3 (including our very busy 2 year old son). Location was perfect with many restaurants, parks, and grocery stores nearby. Gert was a great host and easy to contact. We are already planning our next trip!

We always wanted to have a calm and peaceful beach getaway with white sand beaches so we purchased this condo and named it Pelican Place. Situated conveniently halfway between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Gulf of Mexico views and a short walk to beach. Close to great restaurants -- easy walk up the beach to Salt Rock Grill. Trolley stop to Pass-a-Grille in St Pete Beach. Close to putt-putt golf! The Dali Museum is fabulous! http://thedali.org and then have lunch at Doc Ford's on the water.
