Gulf View! Récemment rénové 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain. TRÈS PRIVÉ AVEC UN EMPLACEMENT IDÉAL SUR LE CÔTÉ GOLFE DU GOLFE BOULEVARD AVEC DE BELLES VUES DE COUCHER DE SOLEIL. Cuisine et bains mis à jour. Électroménagers en acier inoxydable, comptoirs en granit et nouvelles armoires. Salle de bain principale et salle de bain invités mises à jour, nouvelles fenêtres et curseurs. Amusez-vous et détendez-vous sur une grande enveloppe autour du pont. Écoutez les vagues du Golfe pendant que vous dormez. 4 couchages. La chambre principale a un lit king et la 2ème chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Séjour minimum: 5 jours. Location au mois en février, mars et avril. Excellent emplacement avec des vols directs vers Tampa depuis l'Europe et les principales villes américaines. Wifi gratuit. Je préfère parler à tous mes invités avant de confirmer. Mon indicatif régional est 813 et mes chiffres sont 5080998. Merci Gert.

This is a beautiful property and exactly as promised. The beach is right outside your door and you can walk for miles on the soft sand, looking for shells and enjoying the ocean. We absolutely love Pelican Place and Gert is the ultimate host! We will definitely be back, thanks!

Loved the Gulf of Mexico and the beach. Took walks on the beach to the bird sanctuary and had a great time relaxing on the beach! Beach condo had everything we needed! Our son loved watching the boats go by in the Gulf from the deck.

Beautiful apartment steps from the beach

We had a great time staying in this spacious two bedroom apartment. We particularly liked the amenities and the large balcony, which spans the length of the whole apartment. Convenient location to restaurants, shopping, etc. within a quick drive. The owner was very nice and helpful.

So close to the beach

Condo was roomy, clean and beautiful. The porch was so nice and only a few steps to the beach. The condo had everything we needed. Would highly recommend if you don’t like the crowds, but love the beach!

Great relaxing beach vacation!

We had a fabulous getaway at this lovely beach condo. The condo was well-equipped, clean and comfortable. We walked along the beach to the Bird Sanctuary and to dinner at Salt Rock. Loved hanging out on the deck and listening to the waves. We will definitely book again on our next trip to Indian Shores! The sunset are beautiful!

We stayed for a week in early April. The experience was awesome. Great place and location. Everything you need for a week on the beach is provided. Beach is clean and not crowded. Close to stores, restaurants etc. We would definitely come back.

This worked very well for two mature couples. Plenty of room, Quiet. Walk to the beach. Friendly manager worked with us to get in early. This is our second time staying at the complex. Will stay again.

Indian Shores beach condo

Condo was very nice. Well appointed and clean. Owner was great! The only negative was noisy upstairs renters. For that reason we would not go back.

A hidden gem!

Everything about this property is amazing- the location, the view, the furnishings. It's simply beautiful. The condo is well stocked with everything you'll need and then some. Gert is the best VRBO host I have ever worked with. The only problem is that we can't get back soon enough.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We always wanted to have a calm and peaceful beach getaway with white sand beaches so we purchased this condo and named it Pelican Place. Situated conveniently halfway between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Gulf of Mexico views and a short walk to beach. Close to great restaurants -- easy walk up the beach to Salt Rock Grill. Trolley stop to Pass-a-Grille in St Pete Beach. Close to putt-putt golf! The Dali Museum is fabulous! http://thedali.org and then have lunch at Doc Ford's on the water.
