This is probably the nicest accommodation I’ve ever had. The host is super nice and accommodating. The amenities, location, price, communication… all top tier. The beach is eight minutes away. Don’t hesitate to stay here. We will certainly come back.

Kim was very kind and understanding. Communication was easy, the stay was enjoyable, and the amenities were pleasant. We usually bring all our food and condiments when places have kitchens, but they had snacks and some drinks. The instructions for check in and check out were detailed. Thank you for everything!

Spiderweb/spiders need cleaning from ceilings upstairs. Top bunk need maintenance (safety hazard for small children) (staples or nails hanging from under top bunk mattress hanging above bottom mattress.

Everything was great. Things were pretty clean, just some items left under the bed in one of the rooms from a previous stay - trash and keys. Did not realize much of the cleaning prep was on the renter so that information would have been appreciated early on in our stay so we could have handled it appropriately. We were only there for 12 hours so needed some planning for washing and cleaning.

This townhouse was very clean. It does seem rather new and there are more in the area being built. The owner was very friendly and super easy to work with. The security system is rather annoying and talks to you too much and I did not much care for the camera downstairs that seems to take pictures of the backdoor but it did not appear to be taking pictures while we were there. But this is a 2nd home to the owner and very well cared for. There is a sign out back for gators but sadly I did not see one. I loved the location and very many close by places and beaches. We did some beach hopping and they were very clean and beautiful. I do recommend staying here, it was a quiet area.

The property was clean and as advertised. Plenty of toiletries, cooking essentials and cleaning products provided. Lots of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. I really enjoyed my visit and would stay at this property again.
