The house was horrible ,very dirty , it had a horrible odor a smell of bug spray. Kitchen stinks and dirty, both bathrooms are dirty tube my clean rush everywhere, the refrigerator is so dirty and stinks to high heaven, it has rust stains and sticky residue all over the refrigerator. Trash in every room all over the floors. Comforters diry on all bed, toilets also has rust nothings was clean in the house. And when i send him pictures of the issues he states he had the place cleaned hour ago i told no way not what this house looking like, he did said he could send the cleaner back over to clean in a couple hours.that did not sit well with me the house gave me bed bug vives. I asked for my money back because of the inconvenience , and was told he could not refund me. I asked why i couldn't get my money back when this is clearly not the clean livable house you posted at thus point you are robbing/stealing from people wrongfully. He told to call vrbo so they can get me my money back ,and i was told my the Vrbo customer service representative and manger and after i sent in the pictures of what the place looks like, Vrbo still after they look a over 50 pictures they don't anything wrong and they offer is a %60 cleaning fee return, and get this they still have not paid me that. I call several times about my money no help. Oh and another thing i didn't even stay a the place because i was scared of catching bed bug
