This Grand Lake cottage boasts 3 cozy bedrooms - 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 1 bunk bed. The Colorado River is part of the property, and you can fish, splash, and take in the view. The hot tub provides a great lookout of the Never Summer mountain range, and gorgeous star-viewing night skies. A fire ring next to the hot tub allows for fun roasting moments, too! Guests can enjoy amenities like a full kitchen, a kayak (for use at the lake only a mile away) You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Amazing stay!!! We came to River Cottage for a cozy getaway and it was perfect! The house is super warm and welcoming. It was very well stocked with kitchen equipment and we cooked every meal in the cottage! The hot tub was super relaxing and very well maintained. The hosts were super communicative and went above and beyond - they came to clear out snow from the driveway after a storm so we could get in and out safely! Highly recommend!

It is a cute quirky cabin that we enjoyed. A location that we found very convenient to everything in the Grand Lake / RMNP area. Kitchen was fully stocked for home cooking. We will stay here again when in the area.

Small cabin in a beautiful location! Very comfortable beds. The hot tub was the cherry on top of our romantic and relaxing weekend. Host is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

Erin is the best host! She w went above and beyond to make sure our stay was incredible to the point of even giving us a homemade treat for Thanksgiving. The property itself is just beautiful. They have really put a lot of care and thought into their cottage and land and it is just gorgeous. A warm and inviting home away from home. And the views are phenomenal. Seeing the sun rise above the mountains with the sound of the river below was almost surreal. Peace is what you’ll find here. 10/10 recommend.

Erin made check in so easy! And responded right away to any questions we had. The cottage/cabin was perfect for us 4 adults. We spent a lot of time on the outside patio enjoying the treetop views and listening to river. The hike down to river is not as far as it looks from patio!

Lovely tiny house you never want to leave

Excellent stay in a clean & comfy, pet-friendly cabin with character, all newly redone inside and outside, and set within a fantastic overlook of the Colorado River. The host is super friendly and very helpful. The house is remodeled with love for detail and a professional touch. The inside is much more spacious than the outside lets on. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. If you stay here you will feel like home, and you will never really want to leave. A great getaway place close to Grand Lake/RMNP and 40 min away from Winter Park area. Lots of things to do in summers and winters. Many stars to count over the hot tub. Would stay there any time again.

A really fun property in Grand lake. Close to everything. Super clean and cozy. The host was great also. Absolutely would stay here again.
