We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here this past week. The home was very comfortable and cozy and you can’t beat the views! We’d definitely stay again.

Our second time staying here! One of the best views from the balcony in Grand Lake! Great location, just a short drive into town. Saw wildlife from the condo. We plan on staying here again in the future! We definitely recommend!

Very comfortable condo. We did not use the kitchen much but looked to be well supplied. Has a wonderful panoramic view of Grand Lake from the balcony. Is very close to the town of Grand Lake (short drive or can walk). Also very close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Owner was very responsive to a minor maintenance issue that arose unexpectedly. We thought it was one of the best VRBO’s we have been in. Was very clean and seemed to be very well maintained. Would definitely go back if back in this area again.

Beautiful condo with great views. The interior space was well appointed with updated amenities and well designed. The balcony lends itself to a laid back ease with views of Grand Lake and Shadow Mountain Lake. Rob & Katie were easy to work with and outstanding hosts.

My family and I loved this condo. It felt so homey and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing! We had breakfast on the patio every morning. The place was very clean and we all slept great. Would highly recommend!

This condo is a dream. Beautiful view of both Grand and Shadow Mountain Lakes. The place has everything you need -and then some - whether you're looking for an evening cocktail on the patio overlooking the lakes or fixing a gourmet lunch or dinner in the well-appointed kitchen. High-end bathrooms and comfortable sleeping arrangements make snoozing as luxurious as the plentiful daytime activities nearby. Close to scenic and rustic downtown Grand Lake, with easy access to RMNP or other nearby hiking trails, or even a jaunt over the mountain to visit Estes Park. Responsive hosts... the works! You can't go wrong with this one!

The Condo was nicely furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen was clean and opened up nicely to the living room.The views from the deck of the lakes and mountains were breathtaking.We saw plenty of wildlife especially birds and even a bald eagle.The entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park was literally just around the corner.I highly recommend this Condo!

We now look forward to the Nordic ski season when Grand Lake Golf course, only a mile from our condo, opens with 20 miles (35 km) of groomed trails on gentle hills that accommodates novice or experienced cross country skiers. The golf clubhouse is open all year so you can have lunch or a hot beverage when the need for a warm up arises :) Happy winter! Katie and Rob (owners).

We had an incredible family vacation in Grand Lake! The place had a fantastic view that we enjoyed several times throughout each day. The kitchen was fully stocked, and had everything we needed to cook meals. The beds were very comfortable as well. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo is amazing! We loved sitting on the balcony for breakfast and happy hour/dinner. You can't beat this view of Grand Lake and Shadow Mountain Lake. We enjoyed watching all the birds. We even had a bald eagle fly by one night. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had just about everything we needed also. It was also nice to have a dishwasher and washer/dryer available. We will probably book it again at some point.

We love life in Boulder, but having a place in Grand Lake is the frosting on our life as long time residents in Colorado. We so enjoy contributing to our guests while they get away to Grand Lake for whatever their purpose might be. We're so fortunate to have a place like Grand Lake near our home on the front range and conveniently to get to Rocky Mountain National Park. We never tire of providing a get away to our guests in the charm in the Grand Lake area.

Beautiful views and cozy cabin!

We loved the location and the decor, as well as the proximity to the Rocky Mountain National Park. The deck was wonderful at all times of the day, the beds were comfortable, and it was like a home away from home.
