Perfect for entertaining, relaxing, or simply soaking in the sunset, this deck is the heart of the home. The deck is an entertainer's dream, featuring areas for lounging, dining, and even a BBQ grill for summer cookouts. The lush, landscaped yard leads right down to the water’s edge, where you can simply relax by the shore.

When it's time to retire for the night, you'll find three cozy bedrooms.
The space offers a one bedroom with a queen bed, a 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and a third bedroom with a twin trundle bed.

Our house is not only comfortable, but it's also incredibly safe, providing you with peace of mind during your stay. Explore the charming neighborhood and the attractions around, knowing that you're surrounded by friendly neighbors and a welcoming community.

Our house is on well water that is filtered and softened. Water quality is tested annually by a certified lab. Drinking water is filtered by a 6 stage ultra safe Reverse Osmosis drinking water system.

Please note that smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house. Any smoke smell detected will result in a additional fee to eliminate the odor. Also, in consideration of our neighbors and accordance with Vrbo and our house rules, there is no hosting of any large gatherings or parties. You understand there are potential dangers that Outdoor Activities may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person with health risks, or engaging in Outdoor Activities while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to wear life jackets while on or in the water. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. All guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between guests and owner. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from Outdoor Activities.
