We were 2 families with young kids and everything about the house was great! Beach and restaurants are walkable and close, house was very clean with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Kids loved the pool and beach items for use were very helpful. Elevator was out of order, but was not a problem.

The property has a great location and was fresh and new. Wished the pool was larger and only recommendations would be to add ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Otherwise we loved it.

This condo was amazing ! The location is perfect to walk to the beach and a few of the restaurants. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out and numerous balconies to enjoy the beautiful views. It was equipped with everything you would need even beach chairs and umbrellas! Great communication with Colleen for check in and area suggestions. Only negative is carrying luggage up and down the large amount of stairs to /from bedrooms.

This was truly the best stay we’ve ever had in IRB! The property is amazing — beautifully designed, spotless, and in the perfect location. You can walk to shops, restaurants, and of course the beach, which made everything incredibly convenient. The attention to detail was beyond anything we expected. Colleen has truly thought of everything when it comes to creating the perfect rental experience. It’s by far the best place out there, and I HIGHLY recommend staying here. Thank you for making our vacation the best ever!

The property was in a great location, clean, and well prepared. The owner was responsive throughout our stay and amenities were complete. One of the HVAC units stopped working, but the owner promptly arranged for a repair technician to fix it.A couple of things to note: the floors carry sound throughout the house, so you can hear activity through the walls between rooms. Also, the bedrooms don’t have fans, so rooms can feel hot or stuffy when the HVAC isn’t running.The elevator was out of service during our stay, so confirm with the owner beforehand if you’ll need one. The stairs are steep for moving luggage to the top floor, and we only learned about the elevator issue after arrival.
