This recently renovated townhome is nestled in the Omni Resort directly across the street from the beach access. The beach is about a 2 -3 minutes stroll until your feet are in the white sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. The private back patio overlooks the pristine golf course and Red Maple Lake.

The townhome has a large open floor plan makes this place perfect for families of all sizes to gather and have a wonderful vacation. Kitchen, dining room and living room all have wonderful views of the golf course and lake. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need for meals for the entire family. Washer and dryer are located just beyond the kitchen . Also located on the first floor is a half bath for convenience.

Upstairs has three bedrooms that each have their own private bath. The master has a king bed, second bedroom has a king bed and the third room has 2 twin beds that can be made into a king upon request.

Located about 1/2 mile from the Omni hotel
Short drive to downtown Fernandina
Sleeps 6; 2 twins in third bedroom can be turned into a king size bed

Great Condo!

This was a great condo for our family's annual Amelia Island beach vacation of the 4th of July. The location is great - very close to the beach access. The kitchen was nice - newer appliances and fully-stocked which was great since we cooked most of our meals at home. The bedrooms were nice. The master shower has recently been remodeled and was great. The other bathrooms haven't been remodeled but were still fine. Property manager was great - very responsive during the booking process. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo and fantastic location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean, in great condition and had everything we needed. The after hours contact was very responsive when we had an issue with the a/c at 9 pm one night. They had a service tech to us within 30 minutes and had the unit back running as it should within an hour of my call. I have never received fast and reliable service like this in any other rental! I highly recommend this company and this unit!
