Adjacent (walking distance) to Coconut Point Mall with shopping, restaurants, farmers market, etc. The 3rd bedroom can be used as a bedroom or as a den/office. This property also has its own private lanai with a heated pool. Rapallo has 5 beautiful resort style pools including a 25-meter heated and covered lap pool and a dry sauna. Club house, game room, library, basketball courts, bocce and 5 lit clay tennis courts with full-time tennis pro. There is fully equipped gym with a locker room and dry sauna. Estero is in a great location, equal distance to Naples (to the south) and Fort Myers (to the North). 15 minutes to Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach and Ft. Myers airport (RSW). Rapallo is in the perfect location. It is conveniently located right off of Tamiami Trail, and walking distance to Coconut Point mall where you will find dining, shopping, boutique shops, a farmer's market, art galleries, Starbucks, a Super Target, and much more. We are 15 minutes to the beach and Ft. Myers airport (RSW). If you want to venture out to Naples, Marco Island, Captiva, Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, these are all an easy 30-60 minute drive away. Rent a boat for the day right off of Bonita Beach Road. We love this location and hope you will too!

Rapallo is unique. It is very charming and friendly. People say hello and ask how you are doing. Neighbors are friendly. People feel welcomed. I can't say enough about Rapallo. Once you have rented here, you will not want to rent anywhere else! The Villa is very spacious, with a family friendly open floor plan. Great for entertaining. Enjoy indoor/outdoor living with a private lanai and pool.
