Condo spacieux dans une communauté fermée avec golf et vue sur le lac. Près du golfe

Ce condo professionnellement décoré possède 2200 pieds carrés pour une vie spacieuse dans un quartier calme. Le beau salon a une vue magnifique sur le golf et le lac qui mène à la véranda fermée avec trois entrées depuis la chambre principale depuis le salon et la cuisine. La cuisine a un îlot, la salle à manger a une table pouvant accueillir huit personnes. Il y a tous les nouveaux appareils de cuisine en acier inoxydable, ainsi qu'une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse. Les draps et les serviettes sont également neufs. Une chambre principale a des portes françaises, deux lits doubles et une salle de bain avec une baignoire de jardin, une douche séparée et des lavabos doubles. La deuxième chambre principale a un lit king size, un dressing et une grande salle de bain avec une baignoire de jardin,
 douche, double vasque et une commode privée. La troisième chambre a un dressing. Il est à côté de la salle de bains qui comprend une douche et une baignoire.
Les vélos et l'équipement de natation sont inclus. Internet est également inclus.
L'entrée habitée de cette communauté fermée a une cascade à plusieurs niveaux. Devant le magnifique country club, trois terrains de golf, une piscine et un tennis ainsi qu'une boutique de golf, un pub et un restaurant pour une somme modique. Les jardins sont magnifiques et luxuriants. Bonita Beach et Barefoot Beach sont à seulement trois miles du condo.

Bonita month

Property and location were outstanding with convenience to all beaches, shops and Naples. A great stay for anyone looking for great accommodations with recreation close by. Enjoy!

I appreciate your review but the condo was in such bad shape when you left I had to pay our cleaning lady additional money because she had to be there so long. She said it was filthy. The toilet wasn't flushed. The toilet seat was broken. The elephant decorations on the wall have to be replaced as there were large chips in them. I have never had these issues. I hope from now on you will take my advice and keep your rental in better shape.

Wonderful Everything

Pam is a great host, and the property is very special, spacious and clean, with great amenities. Wonderful location and neighborhood. Thank you for letting me bring my little dog. The pool was very nice. Sitting on the screened balcony watching golfers was a lot of fun. I would definitely rent again.

Lovely Condo

The condo is very spacious, clean, comfortable, and comes with everything you need. The only suggestion would be that the mattresses in the guest room off the living room could be more comfortable. But we thoroughly enjoyed our month stay and would definitely come back.

Spanish Wells

This is a wonderful 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with large, comfortable rooms and spacious kitchen. The view over a pond (complete with lighted fountain that shuts off at night) from the spacious lanai to the second tee is fantastic. We took long walks around Spanish Wells and Marbella and relaxed at one of the pools (only a short walk away). Easy access to I 75 and the beach. We’ve been renting in the area for seven years and this rates up there with the best!

Spacious Condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It is spacious and comfortable. The decor is dated but the furnishings are comfortable. Pros:Mostly used king bed room and it was very comfortable! Loved the pillows! Used the lanai a lot, chairs were plentiful and view was great! Had issue with garbage disposal, fixed immediately.Responsive owners!Neighbors are very friendly and welcoming!Cons: None of these are deal breakers for me! No hair dryer in any of the 3 bathrooms. Had to buy one.Kitchen drawers were dirty. I did clean and organize them.One Dirty pan in pots and pans cupboard, just washed it.

We put a hair dryer in the main bathroom.I will talk to our cleaning person to give the kitchen a once over. We got rid of the entertainment center and there is now a new console and large TV. We also installed granite in the kitchen. There are new bosses in the bathrooms. The condo should feel updated.

Perfect location with a beautiful view of the fountain and golf course. Spacious condo-photos don’t capture how large the space actually is which is usually the other way around. Can’t wait to return.

Living well in Spanish Wells !

Great home with a great location and view ! Enjoyed lunch at the clubhouse with good food and drinks at reasonable price ,served by a pleasant staff. We regretted coming home early because of the Virus . We hope to return next year !

Perfect Location

We stayed at this condo for a month this year, it was perfect! It was furnished with everything we needed. The furnishings were great, and the view from the screened patio was lovely. The location was perfect, convient to everything! The beach was about 5 minutes away and shopping only 10 to 20 minutes away! The owners were very helpful with anything we needed. We loved this place so much, we are looking forward to staying there again soon! Ginny

We were empty nesters when we bought the condo over 20 years ago. We still live in Ohio. My mother bought a place on Fort Myers Beach in the 70s so I've been coming down here since I was a young girl. I've watched it grow from nothing to this built up area that continues to grow. I started bringing my new husband down in the 90s and we just keep coming back.
We decided to have a place in Florida to come to every year. When we saw this condo we loved the professional decorating and the size of the condo. It is so close to the beach and we could get anywhere in a few minutes. This Country Club community has everything we need and there are so many nearby restaurants, shopping, shows, dancing etc. or you can stay in Spanish Wells and not go anywhere else if that is your pleasure.
It's been updated and it's a very comfortable beautiful place to be.
We love it!

The condo is so spacious. 2000 square feet of beautifully decorated rooms. It was the model condo when they were built.
