I have a country residence with self catering apartment and a luxury hotel
In 2011 I bought a little palace in the historic center of MOntepulciano, to use as my home during the months I am not busy with my job
The palace is dates to 1200 and need a big rennovation
I am in love for old , destroyed properties and I love to redone those
Actually in the palace I have dedicate the noble floor , the one with painted celings, for rented
Is a lovely 2 bedrooms apartment , with I have furnished in my style, simple but elegant
My guest can experience to live in a historic palace, for most of the month of the year I do not live there so it is quite a must to have a palace just for the guest
I love my home, I have redone with passion and entusiasm
I wish that all my guest can enjoy their stay and respect my home as it was their home
I will be present, never intrusive and available on demand

I choose this property to buy because I wanted to be part of the comunity, I like when I live in the moring to see my neightbors and just say "hello have a nice day"
plus I was looking for long for a property with several plus as : big window and a loto of light, the house is very lighting,
I wanted to be close to easy parking area,
I wanted a palace for myself and not a condominium for more privacy and indipendece
after more than 2 years I found my home
